Hotel was good… the complementary water with citrus during the day was appreciated. Both nights however the front desk staff responded negatively at a request for a bottled water. The first night she reluctantly gave us a bottle and we were appreciative… she softened her approach. The second night a different employee meanly said flatly no. If you offer guests or at least Hyatt members a bottle of water or two it will go a long way. Nicely telling us we could buy water would also be acceptable. Thanks!
