"The hotel was very clean and nice. It had a pool and a gym and a nice complimentary breakfast every morning. The room was very spacious and included everything from a microwave to a fridge and hair dryer and more. The room was very clean when I arrived and had a nice functional decor. The area is very easy to access from the highway and very quiet and safe. The only thing that was not good was that they don’t really clean the room unless you ask them to do it. There was a sign in my room that said they would only clean every 3 days unless you ask them to do it. On the 3rd day I expected my room to be cleaned when I came back at the end of the day. It was not cleaned. I don’t really make a mess so it was not urgent but it is still nice to have the trash emptied and the bed made especially during a hotel stay. I have stayed at really cheap and nasty hotels in the past and they still would clean the room every day. So on the 4th day I went to ask for my room to be cleaned. Sure, no problem they would clean it they said. I was out from 8:00am and only came back to my room at 2:00am later that day and imagine my surprise when I see the cleaning staff had left the door open to my room all day. They did not check if it had clicked before they left. That is just common sense. I am lucky no one took any of my items but it is also a safety hazard. As a woman traveling alone there could have been someone hiding in my room. Please do better Comfort Inn, train your staff to lock a door."

"We had a pleasant stay at the Westin; however, there were a few opportunities for improvement. We were not given washcloths for the second day and the ice machine on our floor didn't work. In addition, the property did not offer typical Westin amenities, such as the toiletry kit (with makeup remover, cotton balls, q-tips, etc.) that I am accustomed to receiving. I select Westins because I know that I won't have to bring these items on my trip. In all, it was a good stay."

"The couch/pull out futon thing was so obviously dirty and we had to ask for new linens. Our room was also missing the full length mirror which I had to request be replaced. Staff members were very nice and friendly and addressed these issues with urgency. However, our room was also very hot hard to keep cool throughout the day. I also wasn’t aware til we checked in that parking was $10 a night. Overall, it was just ok."
