About this property

Sleepy Bear Retreat | Private Hot Tub & Views

  • Summary:

Sleepy Bear Retreat is brand-new and built for big family weeks: 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeping 14, with mountain and valley views from nearly every level. The private hot tub seats eight, the dining table stretches to seat fourteen, and the lower-level bunk room (four full-size beds) might be the kids' favorite room in Eden.

    The Space:

The main level centers on a bright great room with seating for eight, a fireplace, and big views, flowing into a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining for fourteen. The main-level primary has a walk-in closet, smart TV, private ensuite with dual sinks and walk-in shower, and direct deck access; a second main-level bedroom has its own bathroom and views toward Powder Mountain. A hallway laundry and mudroom off the garage keep gear chaos contained. Downstairs: four more bedrooms (two share a bath, a king with patio access, a second primary with patio and hot tub access, and the four-bed bunkroom with its own bath) plus a big great room for movies and games.

    Guest Access:

Full access to the entire 3,500 sq ft home and the private eight-person hot tub. The large deck off the living area is made for morning coffee over the valley. The Bridges community puts hiking and biking trails, Wolf Creek Golf Course, and Pineview Reservoir within easy reach.

    The Neighborhood:

The Bridges is one of Eden's quietest communities — peaceful streets, mountain views, and quick access to everything in the valley. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes, Nordic Valley about 10, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Snowbasin runs about 20 minutes; downtown Ogden about 25.

    Getting Around:

A car is recommended for Ogden Valley. A ski shuttle to Powder Mountain stops at the community entrance in winter. Garage parking included. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.

    Other Things to Note:

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details. Pet policy available on request.

    ---

Concierge services are available during your stay — just ask! We can help arrange grocery and food delivery, a private chef, childcare, dog walking, airport transportation, private workout classes like Pilates and yoga, in-home massage, custom IV therapy, mid-stay cleaning, baby gear (crib, high chair, pack 'n play), celebration setups with flowers, cake, and balloons, firewood delivery, restaurant reservations, ski and snowboard rental delivery, private ski lessons, snowmobile and ATV tours, boat and jet ski rentals on Pineview, fishing trips, a family photo session, and sound bath or guided breathwork sessions.

    Interaction with Guests:

Professionally managed by Bee Cave Management, our local Eden team. Self-check-in instructions and an emergency contact come with your booking, and we're a message away for anything during your stay.
