The facilities are new, the guest rooms are kept very clean, and the shower comfort was great with sufficient water temperature and pressure.　However, the sound of doors closing is extremely loud. Also, the walls seem quite thin; I could hear people talking and partying loudly in the room next to mine until well past midnight, which kept me from sleeping.　As for the staff, the housekeeping team is very friendly and kind, but the quality of the front desk staff depends entirely on who you get. I chose this hotel because it had excellent ratings, but I did not feel it lived up to the hype. Actually now is my second stay here, but honestly, the front desk service feels like a 3-star hotel standard. Since I had left my luggage with them from my previous stay, I asked if I could open it briefly. The staff member gave me a very annoyed look. There were many other large bags lined up directly in front of mine in the luggage storage area, but I was told to handle it myself. I had to move all those heavy bags out of the way on my own to get to my luggage, while the front desk staff just stood there and watched. If guests are expected to do it themselves, the staff should at least inform them in advance. I was originally planning to extend my stay for another two nights, but now I am hesitant.
