This efficiency apartment is located in EastPoint, FL, the gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. It is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood in "The Forgotten Coast" of Florida and is surrounded by greenery. 


The indoor space is small but cozy and comfortable, with a little relaxing living space on the bottom level also connected to a kitchenette. Basic appliances like a microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker included. The upper level contains the sleeping area and bathroom. There is a queen and twin bed and separate bathroom with a full shower. Nice view of the Bay and the island, so you can fully disconnect and enjoy your vacation.


Plenty of outdoor space for you to relax and enjoy the surrounding greenery. Enjoy your cozy retreat and we hope you stay again!

Hidden gem!
Conveniently located off the main hwy in Eastpoint, Fl. this property was a great find. We didn't have advance notice of our business trip, so we were thrilled to find this guest house on very short notice. The owner BJ, who resides on the property, was great to work with. The location was beautiful and safe. Everything you need is available if you want to cook in or there are Great restaurants nearby, Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

A little slice of heaven on earth.
We loved it. That is my wife and I. Its super cute, close to beach, fully furnished. It fit our needs perfectly. The couple that manages it are extremely nice as well. I would definitely recommend to others.

Small, simple, quiet apartment. Separate from owner's home. Set back from the highway. View of the bay through the trees. Owner is on site and very pleasant. Small balcony deck accessed from upper level or exterior stairs. Interior stairs to beds may not be the best for young children or the elderly. Would I return - yes.

This is a great little hideaway if you’re looking for peace and quiet!
Perfect hideaway convenient to everything without the crazy of a hotel or condo! Property Owner and manager wonderful and kind! Only thing is you gotta be ok with steep steps! Otherwise a great secret spot- we will be back!

Perfect fit
We had a short family stay so we could visit different areas around the gulf coast. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. It was just the right size for three of us. We spent most of our time away from the property and just needed a place to eat and sleep. The folks we dealt with at the property and online were extremely helpful and friendly. It was wonderful!
