"My wife has some pretty severe food allergies, I emailed ahead and spoke to their executive chef 2 weeks before our trip, he called me back went over specifics Of the allergens, and he was happy to accommodate ensuring no cross contamination and “safe” ingredients. He purchased specific ingredients to modify his dishes for her. All the waitstaff was informed and Scott, Heather, Bodie, and (I’m sorry I forgot your name) Saturday morning server made us feel very welcome. Can’t say enough positive things. Will definitely be our spot when staying in that area again. "

"Keyser Inn has always been my go to hotel for quick trips back home to WV. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Upon check in we discovered we had two queens vs the king I booked, and they were so apologetic and worried it would ruin our trip. For a one night stay I assured them it was not a problem. They even offered us a discount upon checkout for the mix up and it really wasn't necessary but was appreciated. The rooms may be a little dated, but they are always clean, and the beds are comfortable. Give Keyser Inn a try if in the area! "

"The property offers an amazing mountainous and pool view. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, with a quaint restaurant & heated outdoor pool on the property. Complimentary breakfast has a variety of choices and ample tables. The only thing I would recommend is add butter to the condiments for the toast and biscuits. Also, our first room did not having a working television and even though we were only staying one night, the front desk receptionist pleasantly moved us to a new room, even though we did not ask for this. Her gesture was much appreciated though. We will definitely return."
