Close to East Sandwich beach, Sandy neck beach and many others. Conveniently located near all amenities, including golf. easy on and off highway access. 12 minutes from Hyannis!

Fun stay on Cape Cod
We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The kitchen is very nice and the unit clean. The unit is larger than it appears in the online pictures. Nice to have a good washer and dryer in the unit. Very quiet neighborhood.

Charming and great location
For a second year in a row, we spend an incredible week in this accommodation! Very clean and well furnished. Well situated on the Cape. The owners responded very quickly. We wnjoyed to get up to the sounds of the birds in the morning.

Excellent apartment
This apartment is over the garage of a private home. The setting is very pretty. You do climb a flight of stairs to get to the apartment but for us that was fine. The place was spotless and so cute and comfortable. Lots of space to spread out. The bedding was high quality and we slept very well. The AC worked great. We loved the little deck and enjoyed sitting out there having coffee and breakfast . We would stay again.

Wonderful apartment
This apartment is a true gem on the Cape! The photos don’t do it justice as it is even better in-person. It is super clean, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals, having a washer and dryer is a big plus and there is additional storage in a large closet adjacent to the bath. The apartment is located in a peaceful, residential area of Sandwich and provides quick access to Route 6 to explore other parts of the Cape and Islands. The owner, Christina, is a wealth of information about dining venues in Sandwich and other information regarding the Cape/Sandwich. We definitely plan on renting this apartment again next year.

Beautiful and peaceful
Place was immaculate, beautiful with all amenities, we were only able to enjoy it at night as we were gone all day but it was definitely the best place to come to and relax after a full day of activities, highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a relaxing getaway

Sandwich Serenity
The rental is very comfortable and well-appointed. It is located in a beautiful, serene neighborhood that is just a short drive from many Cape Cod scenic locations. I loved my stay and would love to return. The owners are very kind and helpful.

Perfect for us!
This was our second stay here which is on its own a sign of a desirable vacation rental. We enjoyed time in Sandwich and in other nearby Cape towns, even though the weather was cloudy most of the week. We enjoyed the tour of the Hoxie House museum and learned how people lived in the 1600's. We did some shopping in South Dennis and Hyannis, found some new restaurants, and went out for delicious ice cream. We were very comfortable in the clean, private, tastefully-decorated apartment. We dined in a couple of nights and were grateful for the well-stocked kitchen. We love the new breakfast bar. We greatly appreciated that the apt was well-stocked so that we didn't have to buy things like hand soap, toilet paper, and spices to cook with. The check in and check out times worked well with our schedule. The owners are always welcoming, friendly, and responsive.

Arrived for a couple of days away to enjoy the area. The apartment was as described, very clean, and we were able to unwind and relax. Not far to restaurants, shopping, and nice walks. Wonderful host - responsive and communicative. Would recommend!

This is a spacious apartment, recently renovated or built with all the appliances, including efficient air conditioner, working. The location is quiet, yet close the Hwy 6 exit. Christina was always readily available to answer our questions. Nice place!

We were very impressed with the size of our rental and the cleanliness of the property we stayed in. Nice touches with plaques of the beach and plenty of magazines highlighting things to do at the Cape. We highly recommend Christina's property.

Perfect place for our 3-day getaway
We loved our stay here and were more than comfortable. It was very clean and we loved the tasteful decorating and high quality linens. Loved having a high quality washer and dryer too. It was so wonderful to have the house generously stocked with basic needs (toilet paper, etc) so we didn't have to run to the store right away. The neighborhood was upscale and safe. The location was great and we went to 3 different Cape beaches. The owners were very helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. We hope to stay again.
