The Hyatt was good, but there was one thing that was disappointing. On our 2nd day there, the power went out and apparently there was a small fire, requiring us to vacate our room. Apparently this was the 2nd time this occurred within 2 weeks. The fire dept was there and we had to wait outside for almost an hour while the issue was addressed. This is not the fault of the Hyatt, but since we missed much of the breakfast time, it would have been nice if they extended their breakfast time, even a little bit. But, it closed right away at 10:00 (maybe a bit earlier) and employees filled their plates as food was taken away. I expected more customer service from a hotel like the Hyatt!
