「私達が日本人夫婦なので、経緯を表して、ホテルに日本の国旗をかかげてくれる、気配りの行き届いたステキな感動するホテルでした。宿泊日に生理になってしまい、ナプキンがなくて困っていた私に、英語でナプキンってなんて言うかわからずGoogle翻訳の画面見せてこれ(サニタリーになってました)ください、といっても、サニタリーは通じないみたいでしたが一生懸命何のことか聞いてくれ、その後すぐ通じて自腹のポーチから私に恵んでくれた従業員さんもいました。設計自体迷路のようなお城だからか、常に従業員が立っていてお困りですかー？迷いましたかー？などきいてくれるので、迷って困った、などということはありませんでした。バスタブがなくシャワーだけだったのが唯一の欠点でしたが、お姫様みたいな天蓋のベッドや広すぎるお部屋、モーニングルームサービス(有料)、どれをとっても本当に素敵すぎるホテルでした。友達の結婚式がこのホテルであるため、このホテルに宿泊しましたが、結婚式での食事もそれはそれはおいしくって！本当に最高のホテルでした。」

「The hotel room was spacious and beautiful, and had wonderful old world amenities, but in a newly upgraded way. I love the fact that at night you could hear the ocean waves crashing across the street. Additionally, the staff was helpful and super pleasant. What a great place to stay and in a beautiful area!」

「This was a fantastic place to stay for us while we explored Dublin. It’s a bit out of town which made it quiet but accessing it through public transit was easy enough. The village of Dalkey nearby was also great to explore. The staff were friendly and the amenities were great. Lots of food options at the hotel itself and pricing was reasonable and on par with other nearby options. We found this place more by accident rather than searching for it and were very happy with the outcome. Only...

"環境配慮は必要であるが、モーションセンサーを使用したバスルームの自動消灯及びエアコンの自動オフはやり過ぎ。シャワー使用中に4回も5回も消灯し、その度にシャワーカーテンから手を出してモーションを強いられる。また在室であるのに一定時間後にエアコンが自動オフになり、それを知らずに非常に寒い思いをした。在室中は勝手にオフになるホテルは初めてで、そうならない仕様であるべき。また、4つ星ホテルでありながら、恐らくはこうした電気使用量の削減の為、冷蔵庫がない。周辺に食料品を購入できる店が沢山ある事を考えると非常に不満。一方、比較的新しい建築のホテルらしく、完全バリアフリーで、車いす滞在者も過ごしやすいだろう。シャワースペースに折り畳み式の手すりも完備されているが、前述の通り、シャワー中に何度も消灯されてしまうのはやり過ぎである。手すりの装備は良いがタオルハンガーの位置と少なさ、クローゼットの小ささとハンガーにパンツ用がない事、室内金庫が小さすぎて10インチクラスのラップトップPCが入らないのも不満な点である"

"ダブリン空港から徒歩圏内ですが、慣れないとアクセスがわかりにくいので、20分～30分おきに運行されている無料シャトルバスサービスを利用するのがいいと思います。部屋数が多く、ホテルの中で迷子になってしまいました。朝食は朝6時からとることができ、品数も豊富でした。"
