We were there because my dad was in the hospital and we didn’t know how long our stay would be. The staff was very accommodating and worked with us to extend our stay more than once and keep our room. It was a huge help to us.

NO SYMPATHY FOR UNEXPECTED SITUATIONS

I booked this through a third-party on Hotels.com and was going to Brownwood because my Mother-In-Law was admitted to the hospital there for heart complications and while driving to Brownwood I was informed that my MIL was severe and they would be transferring her to Abilene and so I called the hotel and the lady was very understanding and she said because I booked through a third-party I would have to cancel with them. I reached out to Hotels.com and they said they would cancel it and it would be up to the Hotel itself if they wanted to refund my money. So I checked my CC and they still charged me for one night. Not even any sympathy to the situation.

The front desk clerks were very friendly, professional. Very knowledgeable of the area and able to give easy directions. Breakfast was fresh and hot and the area was kept clean.

Hotel was great. The only problem we had was the mattress on the sofa bed was not comfortable and it dipped down on one side.
