Host was very accessible to answer any questions. Did have a AC issue. However, the host had someone out right away and the issue was resolved quickly. The outside is not much to look at. Inside is very clean and everything needed for a long stay. Great value for the money.

The host was great with communication throughout the whole process, even offered dining suggestions which the restaurant we went to was not great but that was not his fault. The place was very run down, smelled musty right when we got there, the a/c was not turned on and we arrived in the middle of August. The bathroom ceiling is peeling off, was afraid it would fall on me in the shower. The toilet could stand to be replaced and maybe some nicer towels. The space was as described and roomy, enough for 2 couples or a small family. The apartment is on a fairly busy street, lots of sirens and people with loud cars and music. The WORST part was the sleeping, the people upstairs were up waking around at all hours staring about 11pm, and the foors are sooo creaky. It wasn't like they were just up to use the bathroom, they were pacing back and forth! The first night they were vacuuming at midnight!! I didn't get a full night sleep the whole 3 nights we stayed .
