「We had the best room, on the end of the boat, with water all around.」

「It is a bit out of the way but treat it more like retreat in a quite place, better to get there by car and they have plenty of free parking. Rooms are clean and big with all amenities being practical. Lot of games for kids to play hence they would never want to leave the hotel, and must say all those areas are well maintained as well. Staff are very professional and helpful. Wellness area is ok but it can get a bit crowded as it is open for hotel and outside guests I believe. Tried only...

Annika & Bengt」

「The surroundings of the hotel is beautiful but we felt the price doesn't really match the services and facilities. The hotel room didn't even have a kettle to make tea or coffee, which is a standard anywhere else. Somehow we ended up having a kitchenette but no plates, no cutlery, no kitchenware to actually use the kitchenette. There were details in the room that in hotels of this price range shouldn't be occurring such as a crooked shelf, broken door knob etc. The breakfast was quite basic and...

「The wellness experience was very pleasant. The gym had everything, including views and energy drinks for sale. I’ve never seen this in a Canadian or American hotel. The front desk was exceptional, and the hotel breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all great. Very happy with my stay here, the spa products, and the sauna experience.」
