"Breakfast didn’t start at 6:00 like stated. We left at 6:15 and breakfast was still not opened. The 4 coffee containers were cold and not heated up at all. Coffee was ice cold. Tried to check out and get a receipt but all there was was a box on the front counter saying out key cards and sleeve in this box to check out. It was a joke."

"So it says hot breakfast. They had the waffles and that was it. They weren’t wrong but it was easily passed on. The juice machine doesn’t work. And there was no where really to sit and eat. The bed frame was metal and clunked loudly when I got into and out of bed. The fridge is definitely on its last leg. Made bubbling and hissing noises continuously. The location is good! Right near the freeway(but you don’t hear noise from it) and a ton of restaurants are close."

"No hot water. We had to ask to change rooms but unfortunately property so out. Finally, insisted on a new room for the remainder of the stay. Manager on duty agreed to compensate for the first night but that never happened. I usually Holiday Inn Express properties—-but not this one. Consider me a dissatisfied customer."
