"The hotel rooms were simple but clean with a nice ocean view. The food wasn't great but ok, the towels were very thin. The staff was disinterested. There were 3 fire alarms while we were there in which we had to evacuate the rooms - all were false alarms thankfully, but evacuating in our pajamas wan't nice, and we were given no explanations. On a positive note, they do seem to be child-friendly."

"We didn’t get off to a good start as we were given a key to someone else’s room. Upon opening the door the room was full of someone else’s belongings. It’s not a nice feeling as it’s a real intrusion into someone’s privacy. "

"The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, as expected. However, our stay was heavily impacted by multiple issues and the lack of on-site support, which made things particularly stressful while traveling with a child. We ended up spending a lot of time communicating with NUMA support via WhatsApp. Although we received a 30% refund, we would not stay here again. The first issue occurred on arrival when the luggage storage system in the open area didn’t work, and support was unable to assist. The second was a failure of the heating system, making the room uncomfortably cold at night. Support could only arrange a check the next day, but the issue remained unresolved, and the portable heater provided was not sufficient. Finally, during rain, water leaked from the air ventilation system, dripping directly onto us, which was extremely unpleasant. Overall, while the room itself met expectations, the unresolved issues and lack of immediate support made this a frustrating and disappointing experience."

"Very clean, everything felt newly refurbished to a very good standard, spacious, very nice people, fantastic location in the centre of everything but very quiet. You have everything you need, microwave, full size ( very cool!) fridge, plenty of plugs, hair drier, but none of the unnecessary clutter hotels sometimes give. The station is 15 minute level walk, supermarket opposite and another 2 down the road, and all of the key sights 5 to ten minute walk, then if you want to go further afield ( which is easy!) Central tram stop is 3 minutes walk This is an ideal place to stay in The Hague, and The Hague is an ideal location to explore this part of The Netherlands. Don't miss Delft (a few mins on no 1 tram) Leiden, Haarlem. Rotterdam is very easy also Amsterdam an Utrect( drop in on Gouda on the way!)"

"I really enjoyed the hotel A little far from the main station but buses to the station are right outside and to the middle Of town is close by and a very nice restaurant on the property I would stay there again"
