It’s was an ok hotel. Nothing spectacular. Room was clean but bathroom was a weird layout. Nothing specifically wrong but no major complaints.

Room was good, they had AC, and a fridge. The restaurant was good with a very nice waiter. Breakfast had a good variety, but staff was not looking at you, not smiling, and didn't try to talk to you about taking your plates or anything. Parking in the hotel was nice.

Lobby and communal areas bright and fresh. Rooms a little dated and dull. Hotel a little further out of Düsseldorf that imagined. Breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel

Hotel was super tidy and modern with very helpful staff, especially the lady on reception. The hotel is a little out from the old town but the tram station is literally 1 min walk away. It’s then only 15 mins on the tram to get into the main area!

In general nice and neat hotel. we only stayed one night. Standard Novotel quality so no surprise. The bathroom needed some renovation or at least a good working air suction. The extra bed was quite uncomfortable but OK we survived.
