The hotel is not on the standard level as other hotels in the same brand. It is running more as a budget family hostel, very unprofessional with poor quality service. Hotel is located in the corner of cross streets, facing the tram station, and next to a 24-hour bar, very noisy.

Bad Hotel and not recommendable

Absolutely a total disaster for this Hotel. Smel of Cigaret all over in the Hotel, rooms and bed sheet. The Hotel is very old and worned down. The receptionist didnt care and didnt want to take care and or responsiblity to get it better

Nie wieder! Bei erstem Betreten des Zimmers bereits Bremspuren in der Toilette, Haare im Bett und Bad. Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen nach Zigarettenrauch. Herr an der Rezeption war sehr nett, leider am nächsten Tag bei Abreise nicht mehr da. Scheinbar waren wir um 8:30 Uhr zu früh dran. Absolut fragwürdig wie dieses Hotel in vielen Portalen positiv bewertet wird.

Gut vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Freundliches Personal, hervorragendes und reichliches Frühstück. Trotz der Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße hört man bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts davon. Etwas mehr Platz in der Dusche wäre schön gewesen.

Schade, es hätte besser sein können.

Es war ziemlich laut. Als ich ankam war die Heizung komplett abgedreht und ein Heizkörper wurde gar nicht warm um gluckerte(müsste Entlüftet werden). Das Zimmer war im 6. OG und der Lift defekt.

Awful experience in the worst hotel ever

One of the worst and hugly hotel ever been. No cleaning of the room, no soap in the shower, no towels, no trash bin cleaning. The maid just fold the blanket and that's it. Down the street there is a 24h open bistro with noisy guest, in summer you have to sleep with widows open since there is no air conditioning nor fan to keep low the room temperature. Even if you complain, they simply don't care. Unique check out experience: just left your room card on the floor since at 9 am there is nobody at the reception. Even an hostel can provide better service than this place.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang Und saubere Zimmer, wenn auch etwas altmodisch eingerichtet. Für einen kurzen Trip aber auch für 5-7 Tage Trips außerordentlich geeignet.
