AVOID! AVOID! - MISLEADING AD, POOR ACCOMMODATION

AVOID AVOID! This is NOT a hotel nor 4 star accommodation as listed. POOR ACCOMMODATION: It is really a guest house with bedrooms only. A thin single blanket was provided for a double bed booked (I was so cold I had to wear a coat in middle of night shivering with no reception open to request an extra blanket), old furniture, the mini-bar fridge was warm, no water/kettle/tea/coffee facility in room you expect with even 3star rooms, & some ad photos are misleading e.g. no balcony with the room. POOR FACILITIES: No parking, NO lifts to upper floors (I carried my suitcase 2 floors up stairs), no restaurant in the property - you are given coupons for breakfast to take to a cafe (which itself has limited options) in next street, not part of the guest house. Poor wifi in rooms. There is no 24hr reception - the guest house owner's office is only available 10am-10pm - so e.g. no support as above when blanket needed, no-one available when checking out before 10am (you are told to leave key card in room) & OWNER CHARGES 30Euro PENALTY if you arrive to check-in after 10pm (this info was only given in an email AFTER booking in small print German). Owner speaks very little English, was very rude & made you feel unwelcome to the point it was first time I ever wanted to leave & find an alternative place on arrival, but had no choice given booking was pre-paid & having arrived from airport at 11pm tired. WORST accommodation I have been in 27yrs of travel. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID.

Nice hotel in Düsseldorf

It’s a Nice stay. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hostess were kind and helpful. The breakfast is 5 stars! It’s not close downtown, but there’s a metro station few meters far, and they gave us, a free public transportation card. A small hotel, one great experience!

I have stayed 4-nights in Haus Mooren. It was Very Quiet and Clean. The staffs were very kind. The hotel is far from a big or luxurious hotel, but I am very satisfied. The location is about 20-30 meters from Tram-station (Uni-Kliniken?), thus very convenient to move.

Lack of customer service....

Jeg har før boet på dette hotel uden at have problemer, men denne gang var en dårlig oplevelse. Jeg have ikke fået det kredit kort med som var brugt til bestilling, og tilbød der for at hotellet kunne bruge et andet og betale de 30 € det vikke koste at tilbage føre penge på det første kreditkort. Men det var ikke nok, jeg skulle 3-6 gange høre at det ikke var deres fejl, men min og kun min. En fejl som jeg erkendte, og var villig til at betale for. Jeg havde ikke brug for at få gjort rent på værelset, og hang de første dage forstyr ikke skiltet på døren, men dette blev ikke respekteret af hotellet, som fjernet skiltet og gik ind på værelset. Da jeg skulle tjekke ud fik jeg at vide at vi ikke var velkomne en anden gang.....

市街地へのアクセス良好かつ静かな環境にあるプチホテル

トラム（U-Bahn）の「大学病院」停留所から目と鼻の先にあり、これに乗れば市中心部まで約10分程度で行ける交通至便な立地です。大学病院がすぐ近くにあり、病院入口の前にパン・カフェやキオスクなどが数件並びこれも軽食や飲み物を買うのに便利です（室内にもミニバーは付いています）。シングルで4泊しました。部屋は寝るだけの広さで、バスルームはバスタブなしですが、ビジネス利用であればさほど不満はありません。朝食は品数は多いとは言えないものの庭に面したサンルームもあり、食器やカトラリーがおしゃれで他のお客さんも少なくてゆっくり気持ちよくいただけました。食堂のサービスを含め初老の男性が3人でやりくりされています。4つ星ですがアットホームなプチホテルかペンションのような感覚でした。

Unmöglich ist geprägt!

Sehr nett ist man hier. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist im Chick der Großeltern gehalten. Der Herr der einem aufmacht er von zweifelhafter Geschäftstätigkeit. Ich habe zwei Zimmer gebucht. Abgebucht war das Geld schon, und ein einzelnes Verbuchen nicht mehr möglich. Soll der Gast sich kümmern. Parken, ist vor der Tür kostenlos möglich bekam ich vom Chef die Auskunft. Danke für den Strafzettel. Klimaanlage kostet 4,00 € extra, das unter dem Dach mit lauter Hauptstraße und Strasenbahn vor der Tür.

Super gemütlich

Ein sehr hübsches und gemütliches Wohlfühlhotel. Die Anbindung in alle möglichen Richtungen sind durch Bus und Straßenbahn gegeben. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und hatten einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Außerdem haben wir kostenlose Bahnkarten für den gesamten Düsseldorfer Raum erhalten, die für den gesamten Nahverkehr golten.
