Tucked away in the serene village of Bohon (Barvaux-sur-Ourthe), just 3 km from Durbuy, this unique chalet for 2 guests offers a peaceful escape with a touch of luxury. Surrounded by lush greenery and just 500 m from the River Ourthe, it’s the perfect retreat for couples seeking nature, wellness, and privacy.

The cozy log cabin features a mezzanine bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a warm, wood-accented interior. A fully equipped kitchenette includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and fridge-freezer. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

Unwind in the private sauna, relax in the infrared sauna, or soak in the Scandinavian hot tub on the spacious terrace surrounded by nature. You’ll also find sun loungers, a bathtub or shower, and comfortable garden furniture, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink outdoors. For cooler days, electric heating keeps the interior cozy and welcoming. The balcony or terrace is an ideal spot to watch the sunset or unwind after a walk in the nearby forest.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters This property is not suitable for families with children younger than 12 years of age. Die Lage ist wirklich toll, zentral und dennoch ruhig, sodass man wunderbar entspannen kann. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber, es gibt keinerlei Beanstandungen. Der Gastgeber ist außerdem sehr freundlich und kommt sofort, wenn man etwas braucht.

Auf den Fotos sah alles perfekt aus. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die Realität ganz anders war. Die beiden Outdoor-Sportgeräte waren kaputt. Ich meldete dies dem Besitzer, und er versprach, sie noch am selben Tag zu ersetzen. Das geschah aber nicht, sodass wir auch die beiden folgenden Tage nicht draußen sitzen konnten. Die Gardinenstange war mit Klebeband an der Wand befestigt, und das Spannbettlaken war bei unserer Ankunft nass. Auch der Whirlpool im Freien war ein ungewöhnliches Erlebnis, da nur eine Art Baustellenleuchte darüber hing. Die Handseife in der Toilette bestand lediglich aus Wasser mit etwas Seife in einer Flasche. Die Hütte ist veraltet und eindeutig renovierungsbedürftig. Außerdem gab es keinen Kleiderschrank, in dem wir unsere Sachen verstauen konnten. Die Schränke unter dem Sofa waren voll mit den Sachen des Managers, hauptsächlich Weihnachtsdeko. Die Hütte war zwar sauber, aber leider den Preis nicht wert. Wir reisten eine Nacht früher als geplant ab.

Super locatie, zeer rustgevend, propere woning, fijne ontvangst, duidelijke uitleg! Tips: - Voordeur vervangen, evt met vliegenraam want er zijn wel wat vliegen. - Duidelijkere uitleg van de sauna, het boekje was wat te onduidelijk. Evt zelf een boekje maken. - Evt extra vuilbak of zakje voor de grote eters :) - Tv werkte niet, om te casten is wifi nodig en die is er niet.

De boomhut is minimalistisch, maar ideaal voor wie niet veel nodig heeft. Het was er proper en netjes. De kleine verwarming binnen doet zijn werk uitstekend, ook de hottub was proper en eens opgewarmd zeer lang fijn van temperatuur. Het is een Ideaal vertrekpunt voor wie graag gaat wandelen. Wij hebben er een fantastisch weekend gehad.

Beläget i ett fredligt område, är stugans design både charmig och funktionell, Vi älskade särskilt att koppla av i det skandinaviska badet, omgiven av natur, Köket var välutrustat, vilket gjorde det enkelt att laga mat, och vardagsrummet var mysigt för kvällar spenderade med spel, Bara en kort promenad till Ourthe-floden gav oss en härlig kanoupplevelse, Rekommenderas starkt för par som söker en romantisk semester!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Baumhaus! Der Ort war äußerst gemütlich und sehr sauber. Wir haben dort ein Wochenende mit meinem Freund verbracht und es fühlte sich wunderbar an. Das nordische Bad war so schön und es blieb so lange warm, dass wir es am nächsten Tag schafften, wieder hineinzugehen, und es fühlte sich immer noch warm an. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben in dem bequemen Bett sehr gut geschlafen. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, man kann nachts die Sterne sehen. Das Haus, der eigene Garten und die Terrasse sind so ausgerichtet und gelegen, dass Sie viel Privatsphäre haben und die Natur genießen können. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu unternehmen und Sie können sich auch entscheiden, einfach dort zu bleiben und in dieser ruhigen Umgebung zu entspannen. Ich empfehle es sehr!!

Ziemlich kompakter Aufenthalt, Kein Stauraum zum Aufbewahren Ihrer Kleidung. Die Sauna ist sehr klein, man kann nur sitzen und nicht liegen. Es ist sauber und der Besitzer ist freundlich. War ordentlich, als wir ankamen. Wir finden es ziemlich teuer, unsere Erwartungen waren höher.

Das Baumhaus befindet sich im Hinterhof des Eigentümers, daran ist an sich nichts auszusetzen, nur wenn es so aussieht, als hätten Sie ein privateres Stück. Das Spielset des Nachbarn ist ein paar Meter vom Baumhaus entfernt. Das Baumhaus war ordentlich und sauber. Bis auf den Ofen. für zukünftige mieter empfehle ich trinkgläser und evtl. schalen (für joghurt o.ä.) mitzubringen, die nicht dabei waren. Für den Vermieter fehlt eine Kehrmaschine (und / oder Kehrmaschine und Dose), das Netz ist kaputt, um Blätter, Fliegen aus dem Whirlpool zu entfernen. Die Lampe neben dem Fußweg ist kaputt. Die 2 separaten Matratzen passen nicht in den Lattenrost, daher liegen die Matratzen schräg darin. Dusche/WC/Kühlschrank sauber und ordentlich.
