The Rainbow River Bungalows is the perfect destination for a fun and restful getaway! Stay in one of our private units and have all the conveniences of an outdoor paradise just outside your door! Enjoy FREE access to the Rainbow River via the Marion County KP Hole Boat Ramp, perfect for launching your boat or kayak. Our community center has a huge chess and Connect Four boards, so you can challenge yourself or your friends. Grill the perfect dinner on our outdoor grills or roast some S'mores by the fire! Dogs and kids will love the dog walking area and public garden beds. Take a leisurely walk and enjoy hammocks for a great afternoon of relaxation. Bungalow K is a spacious one bedroom with an open floor plan and an inviting front deck seating area. Get ready for an unforgettable getaway when you choose the Rainbow River Bungalows!
This is a friendly community of other vacationers just like you.
*Please be respectful of common quiet hours of 8pm-8am.
*Please keep dogs leashed and clean up after them.
*Please no open flames in the units
*Please no parties
*Please no smoking (including vaping) or use use of illegal substances.
*Pet fee includes 2 dogs. Additional pets allowed with prior approval and additional pet fee. Please inquire with host.
*Please count the lanyards in your unit, there is a $25 fee for each missing lanyard upon your departure.
*If the home needs attention during your stay please notify me immediately so that we can remedy it during your stay. Guest are responsible for any damage that occurs to the bungalow during their stay.
*All units are on a septic system, please do not flush anything down toilet other than toilet paper.
*Upon checkout there is a $100 hold on the card on file for incidentals. This is not a charge. The hold will fall off the card in 30 days, if there are no damages.
*There is a 5% processing fee on ALL REFUNDS. Guest may cancel 60 days prior to checkin for full refund minus 5% processing fee. 50 % refund minus 5% processing fee for refunds made more than 30 days in advance. There are no refunds less than 30 days prior to checkin.

Beautiful place but could be better!

The property and residence are perfect, but sleeping was not the best! We paid for 2 night but only stayed one due to fold out couch was broken and sleeping was not comfortable on main bed. Recommend to owner to fix problems but no response. Location was great!

These bungalows were great! We visit my mother twice a year and these are so perfect for our trips and for anyone who wants to explore the area with their canoes, kayaks, etc. I HIGHLY recommend these bungalows. The manager was very helpful.

Nice place

There is no access to the river only the boat ramp with the passes provided for kayaks or a boat. It’s 30.00 dollars a person to float or get on the river.

Great for families

The unit is childproof in the sense that there isn't anything the kids can break, no glass decor. The TV was a smart TV with all the apps for when it was raining and we were stuck inside. The beds weren't super comfortable, unless you prefer a very stiff mattress and there wasn't sufficient linens/clean linens for the pullout couch but we had brought the kids blankets from home so we were able to make it work. The property is super family friendly and felt safe. There is plenty of outdoor space to run, explore and play and it's an easy walk to KP Hole for swimming and tubing. The unit wasn't spotless (dirty floors), but it was fully equipped with mostly everything we needed to make and cook meals, there were only 3 bath towels but I took plenty for the river and just ended up using some of those.

Cute but —-

Upon arrival the place was super cute unfortunately it wasn’t cleaned properly from the previous guests. Floors hadn’t been cleaned/ tooth paste on the mirror as well as hair on the countertop of the kitchen/ dirt from previous guests on the rugs… There was no cleaning supplies in the room and when I notified the property manager she told me “ they just switched cleaning companies & she could come THE NEXT DAY in the morning to correct the issue. We were only staying the night at the property so that didn’t seem like a fair answer to me. I had requested the cleaning fee that I paid to be refunded with no response to that.
