The accommodation is a spacious and bright 3-room apartment measuring 85 square meters, located on the first floor of the Residence Baia Rilke, App. Pineta. It features modern furnishings, including a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and satellite TV. There is one double bedroom with a shower and toilet, and another room with two beds.

The apartment is well-equipped with several amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It has a kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are provided for your convenience.
