A great place for a family (old castle) with a nice restaurant down the road, which we highly recommend to try (note the kitchen closes early) - the place have a magical vibe and a cozy mood.

Wonderful host a bavarian gem

This is a gem in Bavaria, Worth going out of the way for! The hotel is itsef the heart of a quaint community just outside of Regensburg. The hotel is on the river Naab, and there is a hydraulelectric power plant serving the village, newly renovated and run by the hotel owners. While drinks are served after a day touring or working, the restaurant around the corner is also a plus!

Hotellet är mysigt och läget är idylliskt, genom att det ligger nära en å och vacker natur. Hotellet är charmigt och frukosten smakade gott. Vi fick bra service och kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet. Vi har en elbil som det fungerade bra att ladda bilen (11 kilowatt utan kostnad) på hotellet.

Creo que es de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. El hotel está junto al río Naab, y puedes pedir prestada una bicicleta para recorrer los senderos que te llevan a varios poblados, entre ellos Kallmünz. El hotel además es muy agradable y las personas atendiendo han sido las más amables que hemos encontrado en nuestro viaje. Si les gusta la naturaleza, ojalá elijan hospedarse aquí.

En riktig pärla!

En pärla som vi verkligen rekommenderar! Ägarna var mer än tillmötesgående. Fenomenal omgivning, toppenfrukost och restaurangen ett stenkast bort (som också drivs av hotellet) var den bästa under hela vår semester. Hit kommer vi tillbaka!

Wer nach Ausflügen Ruhe sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Entfernung nach Regensburg ca. 20 km, absolut ruhige Lage. Zimmer und Bad gut, alles sehr sauber Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Mehrere gute Restaurants in näherer Umgebung.

Toller Kurzaufenthalt in der Turmvilla

Für unsere Gruppe mit fünf Personen war die Turmvilla ideal - viel Platz und eine schöne Atmosphäre. Wir haben dort einen Familiengeburtstag gefeiert mit einem gemeinsamen Abendessen und Frühstück, das wir mitgebracht haben. Die Küche ist modern und recht gut ausgestattet. Obwohl es nur eine Übernachtung war, haben wir am ersten Tag einen kurzen Spaziergang an der idyllischen Naab unternommen und Regensburg besucht. Am nächsten Morgen waren wir im malerischen Kallmünz gleich um die Ecke und anschließend in Kelheim und zum Mittagessen im Biergarten des Kloster Weltenburg im Donaudurchbruch bei sonnigem Herbstwetter. Ein rundum gelungener Kurztrip, der große Lust gemacht hat im nächsten Sommer wiederzukommen.

Fantastisches Hotel in außergewöhnlich schönenLage

Das Hotel hat eine landschaftlich nicht zu übertreffende Lage, die Naab fließt direkt am Schloss vorbei, das jahrhundertealte Gebäudeensemble befindet sich in einem sehr guten, denkmalgerecht sanierten Zustand. Die Besitzerin ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Suite befand sich wunschgemäß in einem Nebengebäude, nämlich der Alten Mühle. Die Räume waren recht gut ausgestattet, der Blick aufs Wasser überwältigend. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine (während unseres Aufenthalts neu montiert) waren nicht betriebsbereit, wir hätten beide aber sowieso nicht benutzt; im übrigen hätte die sehr um unser Wohl bemühte Besitzerin sicher schnell Abhilfe geschaffen, wenn wir es gesagt hätten. Der uns zugewiesene Parkplatz lag direkt neben der Eingangstür, was wir ebenso bequem fanden wie die Tatsache, dass der Parkplatz während unserer Tagesfahrten mittels Schlüssel für andere gesperrt werden konnte, um eine Belegung durch Dritte zu vermeiden. Das Frühstück im Haupthaus war ausgezeichnet; Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Angenehm empfanden wir die Existenz der nicht zum Hotel gehörenden Schloßwirtschaft auf dem Schlossgelände, die höheren kulinarischen Ansprüchen absolut genügt; Reservierungen sind empfehlenswert. Erwähnenswert ist: das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt! Wir empfanden die Urlaubstage als absolut schön, es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir werden gelegentlich wiederkommen. Wir vergeben die Note FANTASTISCH
