「My husband and I both work in 4 star hotels, so we have very high expectations…This place was wonderful and just what our busy family needed! 「We have nothing bad to say about our stay here. They thought of everything...not a detail was left out. It was the most comfortable, cozy place to stay. There was enough room for all of us and the kids loved the ping pong. Communication was perfect and pricing was too. We have another getaway booked at this retreat in summer because we loved it so much. If you want the most relaxing stay....stay here!!!」

「The view from the room was amazing. But unfortunately, the noise from the next room was so loud that you could hear not only the TV but also the conversation. If you are sensitive to noise, I don't recommend this hotel.」

「You can see updates are being made to the location. Staff were all pleasant, kind and helpful. The room could have been a bit cleaner. There was always a lingering odor, but unsure what it was. It was pretty bad in the room especially when the air conditioning came on. A weird smell throughout. They served a nice, hit breakfast in the morning 😊 Overall, it wasn't terrible. Once all the updates are done, it will be "the place" to stay, but cost more I'm sure. Not bad for 150.00 a night.」

「We came in Sunday, the 12th, for one night. We were put into a room beside a person going thru some sort of mental crisis and was arguing and cussing with himself so loudly that we couldn’t sleep. We went down to the front desk and asked for a different room and was accommodated. That’s not the issue but it bears noting. Later Sunday night we were told by the front desk clerk that the police came in asking about this person as well (a little unsettling to say the least). No further drama from...

「This hotel offers a great smaller and quiet option in Ocean Shores with walking access to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the Events Center. The 2 Queen rooms are smaller but very clean and beds comfortable. Did not use any amenities- no comment.」

When the guests showed up in the room next to ours, we could hear everything going on. We were woken up several times by their phone going off. It was like we were all in the same room.」

Fell asleep and some dude was watching me sleep that was weird but makes sense given his appearance definitely off putting being watched while you sleep.
