First, the pros: The cabin is located in a perfect spot for visiting Bryce Canyon, Zion, Cedar Breaks and even Escalante National Park. It is spacious and had plenty of comfy beds, kitchen tools, linens, etc. The check in process was easy and the managers were pretty easy to communicate with.
Now the cons: In general, surfaces were relatively clean, but all the windows, corners, perimeters of rooms were pretty dusty/dirty. It is all laminate flooring, but there are no rugs anywhere, not even in the bathrooms. We found several things in need of repair: the kitchen faucet(worked but you had to be careful as the handle and cover were falling off), kitchen screen door hinge (bent and almost torn through). Although not a comfort issue, there is also no wall decor, just blank walls, which leaves it feeling less cozy and more unfinished.
We also had a little inconvenience with the dryer not being hooked up which we were counting on using. Once I reached out the managers did their best and got it working the last day.
Overall, it was a great location and very spacious, but needs a few things to make it feel comfortable and in good working order.
