At check-in there was a problem with something where as even though I paid half upfront, they requested the full amount. As for house keeping, we were at the parks the whole first day and as we returned noticed that our room was never touched.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and a good value for the price.
