First Class Service Hotel

The service level in the hotel was absolutely meets the 5 star. The staff were all friendly and professional. I would recommend, but please bear in mind that pools are rather small and only located in indoor, therefore maybe not the best selection for families with small kids

9月に1週間滞在しました。旧市街までバスで5分ほどで、近くのバス停まで徒歩で1-2分ほどでした。旧市街まで2回歩きましたが、ゆっくり歩いて20分ほどで、途中海の景色がとてもきれいで気持ちよかったです。朝食が、サラダやチーズ、パンのバイキングのほか、卵料理がオーダーバイキングになっており、スクランブルエッグなど暖かい状態で食べられました。お部屋は特に問題なしで、快適に過ごせました。旧市街の周囲より静かで、ゆっくり滞在されるのにはいいかと思いました

立地、設備ともに最高なホテル

４泊しました。旧市街まで徒歩１５分程で行けるうえにビーチもあるためリゾート気分も味わえます。部屋は清潔でとてもきれいです。夜は波の音しかしないとても静かです。旧市街も行きつつのんびり過ごす方にお薦めです。

プライベートビーチがあり、のんびりと滞在することができました。国際的なチェーンの５つ星のホテルとは趣が異なりますが、快適でした。旧市街まで徒歩１５分くらいで、観光にもでかけられますが、リゾート型滞在を求める方に向いているホテルのような気がしました。

夏にはおすすめです。

旧市街の中のホテルと迷いましたが、こちらを選んで正解でした。静かで、部屋から海が見え、小さいですがホテル直結のビーチもあります。5月末の滞在だったのでまだ海水浴には早いかなと思いましたが、午前中に城壁を一周したら汗だくになり、午後にビーチでのんびりして、夕方にまた旧市街散策出来ました。部屋の設備も申し分なく、アメニティはロクシタン、旧市街からホテルへもバスであっという間に着きます。また、旧市街まで徒歩で20分程で行けますが夏は暑いのでバスの方がいいです。ホテル内はいい香りに包まれていました。是非また泊まりたいと思いました。

ほぼ満足。でもちょっと残念。

部屋がグレードアップされていて本当にうれしかったです。従業員もフレンドリーな人が多い。でも、本当に一部だけ、事務的な人もいた。ほかのホテルにも宿泊したのだが、本当に親切で、いろいろアドバイスをしてくれたのに対し、こちらでは観光マップももらえなかったのが残念。旧共産国は笑顔がないところが多いが、ここ数年の変化は大きいと思う。だからホテルの設備にあぐらをかくことなく、がんばってほしいです。このホテルのクラスなら上客ばかりだろうから、さらに努力すればもっといいお客が呼べるだろうし、ホテルの格ももっとあがるでしょう。

いつも温かな微笑で迎えてくれるホテル

2度目のドブロブニク滞在です。前回は、エクセルシオールに宿泊し、旧市街の景色が一望でき素晴らしかったのですが、今回は、アドリアの美しい入り江を独り占めでき、ゆったりとリラックスして過ごしたかった私たちにとっては最高のホテルでした。まず、全てのスタッフが素晴らしい！一度も、嫌な思いやがっかりさせられないホテルは、たとえ5スターであっても、なかなかありません。　　クロアチアの方々の国民性でしょうか？お部屋からの景色は申し分なく部屋の作りやアメニティも心地よく使いやすく作られていました。朝食も新鮮な野菜にも感動しましたが、ホットミールは全てオーダーで、そのつど作って持ってきてくださり、その味は、どれもハイレベルで、毎日、ゆったりと豊かなモーニングタイムを過ごすことが出来ました。本当は、あまり教えたくない・・・本当の意味でラグジュアリーな時間を過ごせるホテルでした。

旧市街も徒歩圏のリゾートホテル

従業員の対応も親切、テラスでの朝食、プライベートビーチで過ごし、旧市街へ食事などすべてが自由に過ごせるベストな場所にあるホテルです。夕方に毎日ＫＲＡＳのチョコを部屋に届けてくれるサービスもうれしい気配りでした。７泊しましたが、夏のバカンス時期前でゆっくり過ごすことができました。再度利用させてただきます。

また行きたいと思えるホテル

予約でトラブルが発生。予約がキャンセル扱いになっていた。受付の女性がこちらがhotels.comに照会している間、部屋の仮押えなど色々と手はずを整えてくれていた。海外でこういうホスピタリティはなかなか経験できない。また、朝食がすばらしい。オーダー式とバイキングの組み合わせ。景色も素晴らしく、アドリア海を眺めながらの朝食。お部屋はオーシャンビューでアメニティーはロクシタン。夏場はとても賑わうんだろうが、それでも夏に再訪したいと思った。

Staffs and concierge are so kind, helpful.

眺望最高！海が目の前の素敵なホテル

旧市街からは徒歩20分くらいと少し遠いですが、きれいな海や町を見ながら歩くので全く苦になりません。バスも頻繁に通っていて、よく利用しました。ホテルの部屋は予想以上に広くてきれいで、感激でした。

湾の奥に佇むプライベートなホテル

全ての部屋がオーシャンビューで、レセプションやダイニングも含め、開放的で明るいホテルです。眼下に見下ろすプライベートビーチは透明度が高く、とても美しいだけでなく、小さな湾の奥という立地のため、文字通りプライベートな空間です。スタッフの方々もとても親切ですし、設備なども大変満足でした。旧市街は徒歩圏ですが、幾つかの路線のバスはホテルの近くに止まるので、その時々で使い分けると良いと思います。朝食をテラスで取られる場合は、日焼け止めをお勧めします（笑）

ロケーションも抜群の最高のラグジュアリーホテル

とてもモダンでファッショナブルな内装、部屋からはアドリア海が見え、旧市街までも徒歩圏内。市内のバス停もすぐで最高のロケーションです。プライベートビーチもあり、混み合うビーチに行く必要はありません。天気が悪くても、室内プール、ジャグジー、サウナを無料で利用可能でリラックスできます。朝食は眺望抜群なテラス席で好きなものを好きなだけ。非の打ち所がない。

少し街の中心からは遠いですが、その分綺麗な海が堪能できます。ホテルレストランも充実、スタッフのサービス・対応もよく大変満足出来ました。Private Beachでの高台からの飛び込みは貴重な体験でした。

旧市街から徒歩圏内の五つ星ホテル

良いところだらけのホテルでした！プライベートビーチがあり、窓からは海が見え、窓を開ければ波の音が聞こえてきます。部屋にはロクシタンのアメニティが完備されてて、バスローブもあり、大きなバスタブでゆっくりできます。朝食のビュッフェは種類が豊富で全て美味しく、3種類のクロワッサンは特におすすめです！到着した日は夜遅く、ホテル内のラウンジでクラブサンドを食べましたが、こちらも美味しかったです。

This Hotel is highly recommended. Nice and clean rooms. Upgraded to a balcony room. My whole stay for 6 days was truly truly amazing. The view from the Balcony is just so calming, relaxing and charming. Plus, ALL STAFF are nice, welcoming and accommodating. I’m so glad I chose Hotel Bellevue Dubrovnik. Will recommend to friends back home.

Beautiful property overlooking the sea. Amazing breakfast and pool. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Only about a 20 minute walk down to the old town area. Cheap bus ride back up (2 Euros).

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. I was really torn on where to stay, the old town or at the hotel Bellevue. Im so pleased thar we chose the hotel. Its a lovely hotel with unbelievable views! The breakfast is one of the best ive had and the service waa 5*. Location fantastic too. Only a 15 minute walk to the old town on a lovely costal parh. Theres a bus service steaighr outside of the hotel too. The beach is lonely, you just need sea shoes!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights from 4/12 to 4/16/2024. Love it so much! It’s a modern hotel with great amenities, located 15 minutes walk from the old town with nice water view from guest rooms. There are also many dining places nearby. The staff is very warm and welcoming , always ready to help with whatever issues we have. We even received a free upgrade of room which is much appreciated. Our special thanks to people at reception who kindly and generously gave us this upgrade. Our room has a balcony and is beautifully decorated, making our stay exceptionally pleasant. Staff in the dining room also impressed us with their enthusiasm for their work and their efforts to make every customer happy. The complimentary breakfast is filled with many choices which is a huge plus for our stay. I give 5 star to every thing in this hotel and would recommend it to everyone without reservation. Wish Bellevue Hotel Dubrovnik the very best for its future endeavors.

Fabulous service with quality of rooms and food to match. A 20-minute walk to the old town this hotel has a beach pretty much to itself. Our family enjoyed the experience and we were treated like special guests.

Amazing hotel which lives up to its 5 star rating - conveniently located a short distance (15min walk - albeit uphill on the way back) to Dubrovnik Old Town, buffet breakfast, private beach, friendly staff and stunning views. Would definitely recommend paying extra for a room with a balcony!

excellent hotel, stunning location and very good breakfast. Spa facilities are a bonus but the real star is the access to the beach.
