Had an excellent stay here. Host was accommodating and incredibly nice. Our flight was delayed and she made it easy to check in later than planned. The space was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Having a place to park was an added bonus and huge time saver.

Wonderful stay
Everything about our stay at this guest house was positive, from being provided a dedicated parking spot, to the juice and tea provided, to the cleanliness, comfort, and quiet, to the enthusiasm and responsiveness of the owner, to the location with the stunning view over the sea. The walk up the 126 stairs from the main road below is totally worth it. We loved this place and highly recommend it.

Very welcoming, when i arrived. Very light and airy room. My fitness levels have improved since being here. Doing equivalent to 10 flights of stairs. Views from the balcony stunning.....

We absolutely loved staying at guest house Nikolina. We organized with the host to pick us up at the airport, which made the trip very easy!They were so kind, we were even given ice-cream upon arrival! Overall, I would highly recommend this Guest House for your next stay!

Beautiful!
We had a fantastic stay at Guest house Nikolina! The property is beautiful with very clean, very comfortable rooms and a lovely balcony. The host made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating.The property is a 30m walk outside the old town which was perfect! Overall a very pleasant, very enjoyable stay!

Room was just perfect. It was tidy and it has an ac- unit which was a must have on weather as hot it was on time we visited. Location was perfect, there is lot of restaurants to eat and shops where you can buy daily croceries. Everything is close so you don't need taxi or bus to get lots of interesting places. Host family is SUPER friendly and they do their job pertecly. They made our vacation perfect <3

Amazing view and nice room
We liked our stay so so much! The host is so lovely and welcoming. The view from the property is amazing and also from our own balcony in room 4. Small but adequate room with all the basics you need. Very clean and quite newly renovated. Location was nice, peaceful enough, but only 2km from the busy old town. Nice little beach nearby - altough hundreds of stairs to walk to the beach. Nice to walk everywhere and see the amazing views on the way. But theres a lot of hills and stairs to walk so I dont recommend this area (or old town area) with small children. Few good restarants and amazing Jack's burger kiosk just nearby. We highly recommend this place especially adults or with bigger kids who manage the steep walks and stairs.

Amazing hosts, highly recommend!
Me and my boyfriend stayed for a 5 night vacation in Dubrovnik and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Nikolina. The room was clean and modern, and in a great location. 20 min walk to the old town and 5 minutes from Bellevue Beach, lots of steps up to and from the room bare in mind! Highly recommend this as a place to stay, great value for money. We would like to Thank Nikolina for being so accommodating.

Super séjour à Dubrovnik
Nicolina et son compagnon nous ont très bien accueillis. Notre chambre sous les combles était confortable et la salle de bains impeccable ! Le logement est bien placé et nous a permis de profiter de Dubrovnik en faisant tout à pied! Le petit plus : profiter du soleil couchant sur la terrasse avec vue sur mer ! Attention, l'accès se fait par des escaliers et la montée un peu longue.

Camera molto funzionale e carina, ottima la pulizia e la cordialità del gestore della struttura. Posizione abbastanza centrale tra Old Town e Lapad, con fermate dei bus, ristoranti e qualche market situati nei pressi della struttura. Nel complesso è stato un ottimo soggiorno, l'unica pecca le scale che occorre fare per raggiungerla, ma d'altronde scale e salite sono caratteristiche ciò che rendono unica la città di Dubrovnik.
