I am sorry to see you had such a negative experience in regards to the shuttle bus.Our shuttle bus leaves from zone 16 every 30 minutes and it runs 24 hours a day. This timetable is displayed both on our hotel website as well as around Zone 16 in the airport.We offer 24 hour room service, however after 11pm we run a reduced menu. Whilst the entire menu can be seen, there are notes regarding the availability of items and the menu available after 11pm is noted on the menu.I have already spoken with our housekeeping department regarding the cleanliness in your room. We have begun our internal investigation. I did not however see any record of this being mentioned during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have rectified the situation without hesitation.I am saddened to see that you have a 2/5 experience as our main aim is to guarantee a 5/5 experience for all guests that stay with us.I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and we can show you that this experience was not that of our usual high standards and this was an exceptional circumstance.Kind Regards,JamesFront Office Manager
