I had a wonderful visit at this property. Traveling from the US as a single traveler I felt safe, welcomed and comfortable. The grounds were lovely gated and private yet close enough to everything. The accommodation was roomy, tastefully decorated and the manager was warm and helpful. I highly recommend.

Walkable for food, easy parking, convenient and walkable to all parts of Dublin.
I LIKED THE LOCATION VERY MUCH. IT WAS SAFE, WALKABLE, NEAR A LOT OF NICE RESTAURANTS AND QUIET. I WISH THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING INTO THE BUILDING HAD BEEN A LITTL BIT CLEARER. THE ROOM I WAS IN WAS NICE. IT SHOULD HAVE HAD A CHAIR IN A CORNER SOMEWHERE THOUGH. THE ONLY THING TO SIT ON WAS THE BED WHICH WAS SO HIGH THAT MY FEET WERE NEARLY 14 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR. THIS MADE GETTING DRESSED DIFFICULT.
This property does not offer parking and there is no luggage storage as there are no staff on-site. Otherwise, it’s a very nice property in a good location.

The property’s entrance is located weirdly and so I couldn’t find the entrance for the first 45 mins I came to
Property is in an excellent location, close to many local attractions. However, the directions to the property were not clear as the postcode brought you to a completely different street. What3words location stamp could be an easy solve for this.
The room itself wasn't great, needed a bit of a renovation. Paint stains on carpet in bedroom and walls in need of some improvement works. The room itself also had many of the owners belongings inside.
Ensuite bathroom was in need of improvements, walls in poor condition and shower drained very slowly.

No contact and LOST!
It was a disaster getting checked in! We were never contacted with check in information and were finally told to CALL!!! How do you do that when you only have email and texting? A kind Irish man dialed the number in his phone and let me talk to the property manager! Then the directions on Google took us to an alley and finally after an hour plus we located the property!! We found two people wandering around later that evening who were also lost so we directed them to the property! Citybreaks really let us down in so many ways! Hotels.com can do better!

First of all we were placed in a garden shed . Terrible . Terrrible . Terrible . Freezing cold . Wooden shed with glass roof not suitable to stay in especially end of November . Shower area a joke with ripped shower curtain for door. Trees crashing against glass roof all night. Freezing cold. Had to wear pyjamas socks and hat in bed. Got no sleep. Also broken tap . Fridge buzzing all night
Thermostat on floor . Could increase temp to 13 degrees.Wardrobe pole so high only useful for a giant. Not the property we had booked. Got moved to original room as per picture on website. Bathroom carpet floor stained with urine and damp and pungent with no window to even release smell.
What a joke . I hope no one else is unfortunate enough to book this property.
