高い宿泊施設のくせに雨が降ると水漏れがする。口コミにもあったが通りの騒音で夜、眠れない。

便利、快適、ややうるさい
仕事で14泊しました。部屋は広くて快適でした。しかしシャワーが古くていきなり水が噴き出す感じで、新品に取り替えることを望みます。スタッフは概して礼儀正しく親切でした。バスセンターの隣でやや騒音が気になりましたが、ショッピングには便利でした。

LAUSの停留所と空港行Airlinkのバス停がすぐ近くで、交通の便は良い。スタッフの対応はとても良い。朝食も量、質とも良い。ただ、施設が古く、床がきしむ音がしたり、上の部屋の音が響いてきます。バス、トイレ、洗面所も清潔とはいいがたく、快適に過ごすことはできなかった。

ホテルはかなり古い建物で歩くたびに床や廊下、階段は軋みます。立地は大変便利で、目の前にはバスターミナルがあり、路面電車の駅もあり、電車の駅もあります。スーパーやコンビニも多数、メインストリートのオコンネル通りも徒歩で数分。ただ、バスタブの無い部屋に当たってしまい残念でした。以前にも一度こちらに宿泊しましたがその時はバスタブがあったので今回もこちらにしたのですが、、、

バスセンターの目の前で、利便性を考えるならとても良いです。トリニティカレッジなどへも徒歩で行けました。建物は古いですが、部屋は清潔。

駅、バスセンターに近い、市中心部にも近い便利な立地。スタッフも親切。夜中に誤報の火災ベルが鳴るという最悪のアクシデントがあったので減点。

立地はとても良い
家族で滞在しました。空港からバスで1本、バス乗り場の正面なので非常にわかりやすかったです。ホテル併設のレストラン・バーもとても美味しい。 部屋に冷蔵庫が設置されていなかったため、食事等を買い込むには向いていませんが、全体的におすすめだと思います。

バスステーションの目の前なので、空港へのアクセスは良いです。 トラム、鉄道の駅にもほど近く、市内外の観光にも便利です。 アメニティがあまりないので、もっていく必要があります。

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Location was ok, but the homeless in the area was a little uncomfortable. And the bus station across the street got noisy at times. Also no AC in the room and because of the noise it was a problem leaving the window open. And the room was very hot. The staff did find us a fan, that did help some but really not enough. No way I would stay here during the summer.

The hotel is divided into two sections, you basically need a tour guide to get you to the second section it felt like walking through a maze to get to our room.

I was up all night from the sound of the room above and next to us. the walls are very thin. On the second night, the room smelled of sewage or something rotten. The room did not look at advertising.

I chose this hotel because it is well positioned for train travel and catching the airport bus. It was also very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely, and the room clean and comfortable. I knew the area was dodgy before I booked, so all things considered, the Beresford delivered well.

Super breakfast and dining area with lovely staff. Close to transport. Room was clean and functional mostly, but the windows were super old and didn’t close fully. Cold and noisy. Staff said they’d get maintenance on it but never did. Reception staff did their jobs ok but some had bad attitude and were even curt and snide.

I liked personal and service. I liked the central location. I appreciated the clean room and bathroom but I missed in the bathroom a shower on riser and a hairdryer

The Hotel is in a very accessible area. Plenty of public transit options and very easy to get to/from. The hotel itself was nice and the staff was friendly and the room was a good size with large windows. I went to drop my bags at about 945am the day of my booking end they told me my room was ready which was a pleasant surprise after a red eye flight from the US. A couple things that could have been better, the bed in the hotel was very thin and firm,I was traveling alone but had my partner been with me the firmness of the bed would have been an issue. The street noise, as mentioned in other reviews was very high and it didn't appear to be the nicest area of Dublin although I didn't have any issues The shower pressure was very strong, normally this is a positive but it's so strong that you have to take extra precautions to make sure the water doesn't spill out on to the bathroom floor. Overall decent experience wouldn't be my first choice to go back to in the area but it would be fine if you're in a pinch.

This was my 3rd stay, over the past year the hotel has had a lot of refurbishment but hasn't been intrusive in any way, and has been done to very high standard I especially liked that I was able to check in early. The staff were very friendly throughout my stay

Undesirable location and lumpy beds.
This hotel is adjacent to the bus station, a train that runs directly in front, and there was pedestrian noise all night long. We were there on a Saturday night and there were two fights in the streets below us. Even with earplugs, we were wide awake. The room was clean and the service was great for breakfast but the beds were lumpy and the pillows were flat and appeared to be quite old. I would not recommend this hotel based on hotel and the poor bed quality.

Expect more for the price
Asked for a low floor but got out on the top floor room 405 to be precise and the lift only goes up to 3. Also asked for a quieter area and outside the window was a train station and an alley full of crack heads shouting till all hours and someone below us being very loud till all hours. Nearly every time we left our room the key stopped working to let us back in even though it wasn’t near other electronics to make it stop. A double bed was two single beds pushed together and the edges made it impossible to be near my wife as it was painful if I lay on the edge of the single bed. Great staff and great breakfast. Restaurant dosent open till 3 and closes at 9 but says open till 11 but dosent specify what time it stopped serving food and was a bit let down by that.
