Rustic, historical house "Dubino Home", 223 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, from the 19th century, renovated in 2008. In the centre of Dubino 9 km from the centre of Colico, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 8 km from the lake. Public parking 150 m on the road. Grocery 150 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 500 m, bar 150 m, bus stop 500 m. Nearby attractions: Fly Emotion (Zipline) 20 km, Ponte Tibetano Ponte nel Cielo 27 km, Cascate dell'Acquafraggia 28 km, Val di Mello 30 km, Sondrio 37 km, Train Bernina Express: Tirano-St Moritz 62 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Campodolcino 37 km, Madesimo 47 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 8 km. Hiking paths: Monte Foffricio, Rifugio Legnone, Ponte di Stavello, Rifugio di Fuentes, Osiccio di Sotto – Osiccio di Sopra.
