8.8/10 Excellent! (1,004 reviews)
Excellent hotel in every way - service is above & beyond! Very helpful staff in all departments. Club lounge and Club room an excellent addition, I didn’t have to think about food, a great blessing for solo travel!
Till the next time team Hyatt! Keep up the great attitude in hospitality.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (902 reviews)
From start to finish we were treated amazingly by the staff. The room was fantastic, wifi worked extremely well. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, although can recommend the room service. The metro overhead station is a 5 min walk that will take you down to the Mall of Dubai. The hotel offers free shuttle (dependant on room type) that will take you to Mall of Emirates and beach. Highly recommended.
