それまで3泊宿泊していて、1泊の延長をフロントで頼んだ。 満室と断られたのですぐhotels.comに予約を入れ、結局同じ部屋で宿泊できた。 どうしてフロントで断られたか納得いかない。 それ以外は全て良かった。

フロントが不親切・失礼
家族5人で3部屋3泊宿泊した。チェックインの時予約しておいた1部屋喫煙ルームが予約にないと、しばらくもめた。 喫煙者にとっては唯一リラックスできる場なので希望を大事にしてほしい。 またチェックアウト前日に1部屋を、一泊延泊のリクエストしたが満室と断られた。帰国時間が深夜12時なので休息用に使いたかった。 急遽hotels.comから予約を入れて1部屋確保できたが、なぜ満室などと断られたのか。 日本人が少ないせいか、普通のトラベル英語ぐらいではやりにくいホテルかもしれない。 場所やそれ以外はたいへん良かった

駅から近くて、アクセスがよかった。 ドバイモールまで歩いて20分程度かかるが、メトロの駅出口とホテルの間にドバイモール行きのバスが出ていて、楽だった。 朝食が美味しかった。 いろんな種類のデーツや、ハムがたくさんあり、 ジュースやフルーツもたくさん選べた。 部屋も広くて清潔だった。 シンクが2つあるので、歯磨きを交互にしなくてよく、快適だった。お風呂も広く、おしゃれで、景色もよかった。 Wi-Fiがすぐに接続できた。速度も早かった。 ベルボーイの方がみんな感じがよく、質問しやすかった。

ドバイモール直結だと思い選びましたが、違ったので残念でした。チェックイン時に預けた荷物を30分以上部屋で待っていても一向に来ないのでロビーに行くとまだ荷物が置いてあった。直ぐに外に行きたかったので注意してもスタッフはすみませんの一言も無かった。外出後に部屋に戻ったらお詫びの手紙とケーキがあったが、指摘した時に謝ってくれた方が良かった。

ロケーションは最高。METROのDubai mall駅までは徒歩3分もかからない。METROを使わなくても、Dubai Mallやバージュカリファには徒歩圏内。 部屋はバージュカリファビューのラグジュアリールームを予約したが、10階だったせいか、窓からはバージュカリファの前のビルが邪魔でバージュカリファはほとんど上層部しか見えないし、決して良い景色とは言えない。 部屋の広さは申し分なく、大きなスーツケースを2つ広げてもまだ全然余裕。クイーンサイズベッド2台、二人がけの円形で回転するソファ、机、鏡台、クローゼット、金庫があった。ただ二人で5泊するにはクローゼットや収納が少なく、スーツケースを収納として使わなければならなかった。 バスルームは大きなバスタブに大きなシャワーブース。いずれも大人2人以上が一度に使えるほど大きい。トイレはバスルーム内に個室となっているが、流石に誰かが入浴中にトイレは使えない。 アメニティはLanvanのシャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェル、ボディローション、固形石鹸があった。他にも小さな壺の中にシャワーキャップなどあったようだが、中身は確認しなかった。 残念だったのはシャワーからお湯が出るまで3分ほどかかることと、水圧が弱い。フォレストシャワーもあるが、雨に打たれているようで、浴びると寒い。 また、シンクは水の流れが悪く、水を少し出しっぱなしにすると、シンクに水が溜まりなかなかひかない。これは滞在中直らなかった。 他にネスプレッソマシーンもあり、カプセルを毎日3個に補充してくれる。水も無料の500mlボトルが毎日6本ほど部屋に置いてあった。 WiFiは無料でネットサーフィンには文句なしのスピードが出た。スマホにタブレットにPCも同時に接続できる。 朝食は2階のレストランでブッフェ。朝は6:30から。開店して8時くらいまでは布のナプキンがなく、8時過ぎるとクリーニングから上がってくるのか、ナプキンが配られる。メニューはアラビックからウェスタン、寿司もどきまで豊富。ノンムスリムの生ハムやポークウィンナーなども、専用コーナーでサーブされる。オムレツなど卵料理は注文して作ってもらうことができる。メニューは健康に配慮されているのか、100％搾りたてジュースや、グラノーラ、ヨーグルトの種類が充実している。またデーツも何種類か置いてある。パンはクロワッサンやデニッシュが中心で特にクロワッサンは焼きたての暖かいものがサーブされる。子供向けにはチョコレートファウンテンや、ホットチョコも頼むと作ってくれる。 最後にホテルがオファーする無料サービスで、Mall of Emiratesへの無料シャトルが日に数便あるとチェックイン時に説明を受け、シャトルを利用しようと待っていたが、来なかった。ドアマンに聞くと、理由がわからないがタクシーやメトロを使ったほうがいいと言われた。後日再びチャレンジすると、5月は運行していないと言われた。(滞在は4月27ー5月2日)

The suite I stayed in with my family was spacious, clean and quiet with an excellent view of downtown Dubai. The breakfast and the iftar dinner at the restaurant is delicious. This hotel is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The service is outstanding. The rooftop pool is one of the nicest ones we have ever seen at a hotel. We hope to come back for a vacation again soon.

didn't like the room,my frends were in a different room the Peruvian restaurant didn't have Peruvian food the Asian restaurant is way way too expensive

I was in the middle of renewing my Emirates ids and because of that i only had my driver's license available as my valid form of id (my company holds our passports until the ids are issued), so they wouldn't let me check in. It ruined my entire weekend that was planned in Dubai with friends that flew all the way from the States to visit. Very disappointed that no accommodation could be made with the hotel.
