Our third stay in this hotel, and again we wasn’t disappointed. If you are searching for a place, with both pool, beach access and friendly staff, to an affordable price - then this place is a good choice. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the beach area, the Hush pool bar and how welcome the staff make you feel.

Excellent service of bellboys but i feel uncomfortable with the room assignment for me coming with kid. The reception lady focused on selling me the new year dinner but put no attention on guest service. The room hardware and so called balcony “facing car park entrance” is not matching with 5 stars hotel.

I recently stayed at the Royal Central Hotel and Resort – The Palm, and it was amazing! The views are stunning, and the staff is super friendly. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the amenities, like the infinity pool and beach access, are perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend it for a luxurious getaway!

One night in Dubai

Hotel was nice .. host Philip was very attentive and friendly which made a big difference. Personally the wouldn’t rate it 5 star as the room was ok but not 5 star worthy and the pool area , at the time we visited , was messy and seemed cluttered. The pools were clean though. No direction as to how to access the beach so we didn’t attempt to as didn’t want to have to walk around people and was only there for one night. The view however was 5 star and the hidden gem in the top floor an open air bar was amazing! If I was rating it just on this it would be 5 star! Would I stay again? I’m not sure as I feel like there are other 5 stars more worthy but on the price point I would 100%! Definitely worth the money. 4*+ would be my evaluation

Staff were lovely. Had a problem with our balcony door someone was there to fix it within 5 mins. Take bad with additional charge for early check in have been to lots of hotels who will let you in if your room's ready with no extra charge.

Can’t go wrong on the palm? You can if you book here!! Really poor front desk customer service and absolutely NOT a 5 star hotel. Hotel rooms are tired, really needs a refurb, even the sign on the front is half lit. It’s allllll the way round the palm to expect a 15-20 min drive after getting onto the palm, and near lots of construction (Jan 2026) the pool area is nice but just not enough space; people reserving the beds early but not using them and really think the hotel needs to crack down on that. Breakfast was okay. Lots of variety but again people waiting for tables to become available because there’s just not enough space for all the guests… not even peak season! We paid extra for the sea view and it was lovely, balcony not clean though, chairs sticky and glass very dirty. Simply not a 5 star. If you are hoping to have a luxury palm experience, avoid this one, you could get a LOT better for less mainland, and if you’re dead set on the palm, I’d go somewhere else. Make sure you have your passport to check in (unless you have UAE ID) it says it in very very small print Ts&Cs and doesn’t give you that info on the check in information. So we waited for our passports to be couriered and we didn’t even get offered a coffee in the meantime. Was absolutely our fault for not reading the small print but when I say other luxury hotels would have really looked after you… this one was rude and left us in the lobby for 3 hours sat with bags…

Overnight on the Palm to finish our honeymoon. From check in to the special surprises they organised for us were just wonderful ! Whilst it’s pretty far around the Palm it’s so peaceful! Highly recommend !!

The property was really nice and clean. The staff was great. The only things were the hotel did not have anything for visitors to do while they were there. The full board only counted for the buffet and the food was not that great. And the selection of food was very limited. If we had known that full board was only for the buffet. We would have just purchased our food daily from the other restaurants inside the hotel.

Had stayed before for its peace and quiet but sadly the Saturday seems to have changed and had the Poolside DJ blasting music through single glazed windows If you are planning a relaxing Saturday afternoon don’t go as the poolside live DJ will definitely spoil your quiet planned afternoon Otherwise the hotel is excellent Staff are very helpful and prompt in serving Duty manager was understanding regarding the music but sadly not much could be done I suppose the hotels are trying to keep pace with nearby hotels with live DJs The hotel is very family oriented so good atmosphere

For a stay on The Palm, it was fantastic. Reasonably priced, good facilities with decent beach space and pool access. We paid for a partial beach view but were kindly upgraded to a full beach view which was lovely and meant we could watch the beautiful sunset. The hotel is very clean, great service by the staff and they were super helpful when we needed recommendations. We did have an issue with the shower, in that we couldn't get the hand held showerhead to work but there is an overhead option. Overall, we had a great time! It is a bit far to get into and around the main centre, however if you're looking for a reasonable option on The Palm then this would tick all your boxes.

First of all, I should say the beach resort is lovely and the area around the pool with live dj and bar is a really enjoyable place to spend your time. However, we faced some issues upon arrival. Me and my partner had only booked for one night to enjoy the palm. They let us check in early, which we were very grateful in. But our room didn’t live up to expectations… the bathroom worked as a wet room, but with the shower no more than a foot away from the toilet and clearly something wrong with the drainage, the bathroom was literally flooded after no more than a minute under the shower. We took this up with the front desk and after some persisting, a lovely supervisor apologised and allowed us to move room. She was very attentive and upgraded us to a sea view which again, we were extremely grateful for. This did turn the experience around and we had an enjoyable afternoon… but the whole escapade took up a considerable amount of time and for the nightly price, we both thought the first room was a little unacceptable for a five star hotel. The breakfast was also ridiculously expensive… £68 for two people to buy the morning of. Overall, we felt that the interior and overall layout of the hotel was a little worn. For the price and rating, we really expected more.

I normally stay at some of the bigger brand hotels on the Palm but I had a very positive experience at Royal Central Hotel. I upgraded to a palm view room with a balcony and was not disappointed, the view was great. I had a rental car and self parking was convenient. Pool bar service was good and efficient. For what you pay I would say it is great value.
