Very clean and spacious. Breakfast is nice and has everything. Location is amazing near the beach. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing is the irregularities in cleaning schedule, some days they come at noon and others 8 pm but in general very clean

Great location near the beach and restaurant s and some great bars JBs and Mcgettigans nearby. Apartment are big and spacious our apt was big 3 bed apt with seaview. Staff on reception were very helpful Lovely lady on the coffee dock called Htami Was very attentive and welcoming every morning when we got coffee and croissants

As a regualar visitor this property meets all our needs. It is clean, functional and nearby most of the entertainment and restaurants we require. Check in is easy, house keeping good and any issues are dealt with immediately.

The Jumeriah Beach area has become horrible in terms of traffic - literally an hour to go half a mile. This property is close to Dubai's biggest nightclub (Bla Bla), and it's incredibly difficult to get in and out of. Property itself is outdated, the kitchen has too few basic supplies, the cleaning staff was great, the front desk is clueless, and the Plaza level is under construction. Walls are thin, so you hear all kinds of loud people in the elevator hall, and kids running around in the unit above you at 2A! Not staying here again - too many other good options for the same price.

Convenient

The hotel locstion was excellent, betwèen the beach and harbor. Staff was helpful and plentiful. The hotel room we stayed in was in need of repairs. The kitchen nèeds a few more items to help with your stay. Overall, the hotel is a 3.5 but again great location for the cost, next to #2 stop on orange tram line.
