I love the Staff.. No Hotel can be managed without the Staff. From the Concierge Akhit ( I dont think I have the correct spelling of his name), to the Housekeeping and the Front Desk, all were exceptional. I enjoyed my stay and I will be coming back..

The worst hotel ever. Don’t book it is a joke.

Worst experience ever! From where do I start? This hotel need to be teared down and built again. The smell of the room, collidors are awful thought it is a non-smoker floor. The bed sheet all has stains and looks disgusting. I cannot stop complaining about the smell. Who grills meet in side a hotel lobby???? The underground garage is so tight and so dark looks like a horror movie. The image of the pool is a joke. If you go there you will find a ruins instead. Very low budget hotel and they charged premium. Not worth a damn. And for sure it is a non family hotel. I can’t even call it hotel. One thing only, the staff where nice. Anyway this hotel should be removed from the map, hotels.com and all other tourist guide or booking websites.

The property was missold to me. It advertised a pool, gym and spa. The pool had not functioned as such for a long time, the gym had running machines were broken, no attendant and the spa didn’t have a hairdresser as advertised. I was charged extra to access my room which was not fit for purpose. The door was damaged, the shower was damaged and resembled a flume. The activities didn’t mention added cost to self attend either to or from. There was building works going on and it was not the good quality hotel marketed. A total waste of money. Too far from the centre.
