ワンベッドルーム＋LDKタイプの部屋に8泊しました。母と兄、私の三人での利用です。レジデンスフロアの44階に宿泊でした。到着当初は、ネットで案内があった部屋内にあるものがなかったり、利用方法がわからず不安でしたが、フロントに連絡し客室掛の方がすぐ部屋に来てくれたりと、非常に親切でした。最初の2日くらいは何度も来ていただく方がありましたが、笑顔ですぐ来ていただけました。必要な物はすぐ持って来てくますし、英語が殆ど喋れない状態で、カタコトと身振り手振りでのコミュニケーションでしたが、ホテル側が一生懸命理解しようとしてくれたので、困ることはありませんでした。近隣に24H時間営業のスーパーがあった事と、メトロが近かった事、タクシーに気兼ねなく乗れた事、ホテルの場所が利便性が良かった事、またホテルの配車係の方も、気さくな気が利く方で積極的な挨拶やお喋りが功を奏した様に思います。滞在期間中のプランノープランでのスタートでしたが、スマホアプリのツアーで前日、当日など全てスケジューリングできました。体調に合わせてスケジュールング出来たので楽でした。高齢者を伴っての旅行でしたが、皆さんの手助けのおかけで、何不自由なく過ごせました。言葉の問題は不安でしたが、伝えようとする努力と勢いで、言いたい事をちゃんと話せば、わかってくれました。又宿泊したいです。

年末に5泊しました。スタッフみなさん感じいいです。トイレの水が流れなかったけど呼んだらすぐに来てくれました。洗濯機の使い方がわからなかったり部屋にドライヤーがなかったりもしたけど、すぐに対応してくれました。強いて言えば、アメニティがもう少し充実してたらいいなと思いました。立地はスーパー近いし、メトロ近いしよかったです。

とても広くキッチン付き

部屋はとても広く快適でしたがシャワールームやバスルームのお湯がぬるく、私たちは到着してすぐだったのでまだ肌も日焼けしておらずぬるま湯では寒かったです。そのほかは快適に過ごせました。

部屋が広くてきれいで過ごしやすい。外の景色が非常にきれい。洗濯もできて便利。また、立地も良い。近くにコンビニがある。また近くに日本食のレストランがあるホテルもある。

豪華な部屋と素晴らしい施設

部屋がとても清潔で広く、過ごしやすい。また、景色が非常に良い。プール、ジム、スパ等の施設も充実しており、文句なし。また、受付の方が非常に親切だった。周りにコンビニ、薬局等もあり、立地も最高。

とても清潔でスタッフも感じの良いホテル

清潔でスタッフの感じもとても良く、最寄駅まで５分！早朝に到着しましたが、すぐに部屋に入ることができました。

清潔でスタッフも感じの良いアパートメントホテルだが…

部屋も広く清潔なホテルです。駅も近く、とても便利です。フロント及びスタッフもとても良く感じが良かったのですが、、、、３名での滞在予約を行っているにも関わらず、毎回タオルは２セットのみだった。頼めば感じ良く持ってきてくれますが、、、、面倒でした。そして滞在期間中、タンクのクリーニングが理由で水使用時間制限（２日間も）があり、とても不便を感じました。

Worst experience. I was told room is ready when i checkedin. When i reached the room staff was sitting in the room and said it is not ready pls come back after some time. Couches were stained and looked dirty. There was no water at night. In the morning when i went for shower the water coming out was literally brown.

Incredible location, great service. Micheal , Mohamed, Saqib and the front desk team are courteous, understanding, and a credit to the establishment. 5/5. The front desk team puts the guest first and were very helpful on numerous occasions, chose to cancel a stay elsewhere and extend here.

Beautiful location and close to metro. The apartments needs more cleaning as sofas are all stained, plugs broken and lighting very poor as theres economy light and only one side lamp. Needed to ask for iron, hairdryer as it wasn’t in the room.

This property is not well managed. Towels were so old and dirty. Room had old carpet and bath tub was very dirty. I felt like I could get sick if I stayed little longer.

Voor de prijskwaliteit verhouding was het waardeloos. Voor die prijs en klasse verwacht je toch goede voorzieningen. Warm water was er niet. Op aller heetste stand was douchen en badderen nog koud. Water temperatuur was nog geen 37 graden. Internet was nog op oude telefoonmodem snelheid. Voor de rest was het eigenlijk perfect wat je in die klasse ook verwacht. Okay de bank was flink doorgezakt. Maar de rest was toch wel zoals één half miljoen appartement eruit moet zien.

Je recommande !

Hôtel très bien situé, à trois stations de métro seulement du Burj Khalifa! Appartement hôtel propre et personnel aimable et serviable ! Je recommande pour une famille seulement de quatre personnes, car le canapé-lit n’est pas du tout adapté pour y dormir!
