The cleanliness of everything inside the hotel is good and perfect. The quality of the jobs done by staffs are very professional. Only one small issue was; during Hajj Eid, the music outside the hotel continues over midnight and is very noisy.

ドバイモール直結で快適
ドバイモール直結ホテルはやっぱり便利でした。朝食ビュッフェは広々とした店内で、メニューの種類もあり、ヘルシーで満足でした。店員さんも笑顔で対応してくださり、気持ちが和みました。 部屋も近代的で快適でした。また利用したいです。

全て最高のホテル!
全て大満足のホテルでしたが、何よりスタッフの笑顔と心使いが最高でした! 全てのスタッフが笑顔で対応して下さり、日本のホテルよりおもてなしの心があると感じ、たくさんのホテルを利用していますが、スタッフの対応はズバ抜けていました! 前日までアトランティスにいたのですが、こちらの方が思い出に残りました。 最後に空港に向かうタクシーに乗る直前に現金がない事に気づき、対応してくれていたポーターのエジプト人の方にフロントで両替をしてくると荷物を置いて急いでフロントに走って行くとフロントで日本円に両替できない事が分かりました。するとそのエジプト人の方が日本円に両替できない事に気付いて来て下さっており、モール7階の両替場まで案内してくれました。本当に助かりました! また、フロントの背の低い男性のスタッフの方は会う度に息子に話しかけて下さり、何度もドリンクを提供してくれました! 本当に気持ちいいホテルで、日本人が泊まって間違いないホテルだと思います(^^)

ラグジュアリーなホテル
ロケーションも良く、買い物、観光にとても便利なホテルでした。早朝8時頃のチェックインにも無料で対応いただき、空港到着後シャワーを浴びてから観光へ出掛けられて、とても良かったです。コンシェルジュの方も荷物の預りや近所の案内等懇切丁寧に案内していただきましたが、若干英語の訛りがあり聞き取り難かったのが残念でした。 設備もシャワールームと浴槽が独立しているし、テレビやオーディオの操作は手元のiPadで出来るし、湯沸し器やエスプレッソメーカーもあり便利でした。 ベッドの寝心地はとても良く、ぐっすり眠れました。

8歳の娘と滞在したのですが、スタッフの方が皆さん本当にフレンドリーで、朝食の時も快くリクエストに応えてくれて、娘も「ここ大好き、また来たい!」とすごく喜んでいました。モールと直結なのも、お部屋に大きな冷蔵庫(冷凍庫つき)があったのも便利でよかったです。

アーリーチェックインでしたが、すぐにお部屋を案内してもらえました。 ドバイモール直通のホテルなので、買い物で疲れてもすぐに部屋に戻れることは助かりました。 朝ごはんも美味しく種類も多く、部屋は完璧な清掃出しで、気持ちよく過ごせました。 ホテルのプールも職員の方が色々と世話をしてくれてのんびりできました。 ぜひまた泊まりたいホテルです。

ここにして良かったと思えるホテル。ドバイモールへのアクセスは最高。
ドバイモールにつながっていていつでもショッピングが楽しめます。メトロには徒歩10分くらいで行けます。 朝食付きのプランをお勧めします。充実していてドバイの食べ物が合わなくてもお腹いっぱいになれます。コンビニみたいに気軽に食べ物が買えるところがあまりないので、もし朝食なしだったらと思うとぞっとします。 他のホテルに泊まっていないので比較はできませんが、ここにして良かったと思っています。

利便性抜群!高級感あふれるホテル!
スタッフの対応が素晴らしく、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。 夕方の飛行機で到着し、チェックインしてすぐに、バージュハリファ、ドバイモールに行きました。 別の日には、オプショナルツアー後にドバイファウンテン、モールに行きました。 ホテルがモールに直結なので、本当に便利で無駄なく動く事が出来ました。 最寄りのメトロとも繋がっているので、外に出る事なく、歩いて行けました。 またドバイに行く事があれば、このホテルを利用したいと思います。

私も、数多くある5つ星ホテルの中から選ぶ基準は、ダバイモールへの直結ということでしたので、満足しています。 お部屋の清潔さは、滞在のせいか毎日掃除機をあてた様子はなく浴槽も汚れを水で流しただけというような感じではありますが、外国だからそんなものかと・・・ 日本語が分かるスタッフがいないので、英語ができないとちょっと不便かも。

クラブハウスの料金で、クラブハウスが満室とのことで、普通の部屋に宿泊させられました。
クラブハウスの料金を支払いましたが、満室だと言われ、普通の部屋に宿泊。料金を高くはらっていると伝えましたが、Expediaでの支払いのため、それはホテルでは分からないと言われました。最悪な対応です。 明日、Expediaに確認してみます。

初めてのクラブルーム
歯ブラシが置いて無かったけど、お風呂や食事は本当に最高でした。朝食ビュッフェに感動!クラブルームの食事も美味しくヘルシーで幼児にも食べさせられるものも多かった。 シャンパンもモエだったり満足度高かった。 子供連れに嬉しいキッズクラブやその他の施設も良かったし、ストローラーも貸してくれたりスタッフが優しくて本当に泊まって良かったです。また来たい!

便利な立地
今回予約したお部屋は、喫煙可能なスイートルームでしたが、いざホテルに到着してみると禁煙のお部屋が用意されていました。 急きょお願いをし喫煙部屋に変えて頂きました。あと、3人での宿泊だったにもかかわらず、エキストラベッド・アメニティーグッズが用意されていなくて、これもお願いをしていれていただきました! 到着早々、この2点が残念でした。 モールに隣接していたので、お買い物には不便を感じなかったし、お部屋からのロケーションも文句無しでした! 機会があれば、是非また行ってみたいと思いました!

上品なホテル
アラブ風ではなく都市型ホテルです。全体的に清潔で スタッフの対応も大変良かったです。クラブラウンジの規模は決して大きくはありませんが、日替わりの上品でおいしいお料理やアルコールが十分にそろって、利用者も常に2,3組と少なく、落ち着いています。クラブルームはちょっと高めですが、ラウンジが使えたり、空港の無料送迎などのサービスが豊富で奮発する価値があるかと思います。 寝室やバスタブからブルジュカリファが見え、モールにも直結しているので 素晴らしい立地だと思います(アドレスダウンタウンと違って、ブルジュカリファが見えるお部屋は多くないようですが・・・)。チェックアウト後 オプショナルツアーに参加しホテルに戻ったのは夜の9時でしたが、ジムでシャワーが使え リフレッシュして 深夜の飛行機で日本に帰ることが出来ました。こじんまりとしていて、品の良い落ち着いたホテルです。

部屋の清掃が終わっていなかったため時間通りにチェックインできず、終わったら 連絡すると言っていたにも関わらず連絡もなく、2時間半以上待たされた。 その後、なんの謝罪のコメントもなし。従業員の対応以外はアクセスもよくホテルも しっかりしてるのに残念。

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean & tastfully decorated. Christmas decorations were stunning to look at & laid out meticulously. The staff were approable, helpful & friendly. My family recently stayed did two nights. The check in process was disorganized and the rooms were not ready on time. Delay was luggage transfer. The hotel was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The concierge at the hotel sold adult priced tickets to Dubai frame to the kids in the group and insisted that there were no kids prices which was found to be incorrect. At check out a wake up call and assistance with luggage was requested which were both not provided. Overall very good location, very clean but the service could be better. Not sure if I would stay again and definitely would avoid buying tickets to local attractions through the concierge.

Unfortunately disappointing
On my first day, the hotel woke us up 4 times in the middle of the night because of some mistakes and errors they had, even though they gave us an upgrade but it was still unforgivable, and on the next day, the cleaning lady entered the room without knocking as I was sitting, thankfully I was not changing or anything, disappointing.

Inspite of my office paying AED 10000 on 17 Jun to cover incidental expenses during my stay - the hotel front desk still asked me to pay for the the same. My office has coordinated several times for the same. The miss communication and do not coordinate clearly. The billing process is also very difficult - they do not send bills on timely manner. They claim to send on emails but dont unless you follow up endlessly.
