お部屋はとても綺麗です。スタッフさん方がとてもフレンドリーで、笑顔で挨拶してくださりとても心が温まります。パームにあるため車は必須です。夕方は混みます。タクシーを50分待ちました。 Uberかあると便利です。ホテルステイを楽しみたい方にはぴったりです。最高な休日を過ごせました。

ホテルからモロッコ料理店を予約してもらったが、入ってなかった。席は空いていたので、そのまま食事できましたが、満席だったらと思うと、恐ろしいです。部屋の1人分のアメニティ不足をお願いしたが、なかなかこないで再度フロントまで行ってお願いしました。タクシー待ちも、しばらく放っておかれました。

エミレーツ航空を利用したイタリア旅行からの帰りにストップオーバーで立ち寄ったので、基本的に滞在三日間は、ほとんどホテルでゆっくり過ごすように食事もハーフボードにしました。夜行便で早朝に到着することを事前に連絡していたので、すぐに空いてる部屋を提供してもらったり、最終日の朝食を到着時に振替えてもらったりしました。（出発日が早朝チェックアウトのため）部屋はイタリアのホテルと比べとても広く、バルコニーもあり、室内はとても機能的でシャワーブースとトイレが別々、特筆はバスルームでバスタブがとても大きくお湯をいっぱいにするのが待ちきれないくらい大きいのでおそらく親子4人でも同時に利用できるのではと思います。また、バスタブからベットルームの境に大きな窓がありベランダまで見渡せるほどの開放感があります。ただ、バスタブが大きく高さがあるので洗面からバスタブに入るとき苦労します。部屋の照明が少ないせいか多少暗く感じましたが気になるほどではありません。夕食を食べるレストランはホテル内には8か所ありますが、ハーフボードを利用する場合追加料金を請求されるレストランがあるので注意が必要です。たまたま初日に使った和風居酒屋は追加料金があり高くついたので2回目以降の夕食は追加料金のない朝食と同じメインダイニングのビュッフェにしました。ホテル内のセキュリティは警備スタッフが各所にいてとても充実しています。部屋のサービスも行き届いていましたが、ハウスキーピングは一度だけ午後に戻った際に部屋がかたずいていないことがありましたが連絡するとすぐに対応してもらいました。部屋にはチェックイン時にフルーツサービスがありました。心配したお水はホテル内なら部屋でも、プールでも、スパでも全く困ることなく提供してもらえました。室内設備はトイレにはビデがあります。電源は6口のUSBポートがあり変換器がなくてもほとんど困りません。また、湯沸かしポット、ドライヤー、セキュリティボックスもあります。プールでは、タオルを頼むと空いてるパラソルに案内してくれクーラーに入った冷たい水を提供されます。日除けパラソルはたくさんありますが、プールサイドよりビーチの方が空いているようです。メインプールの両側に子供用のプールがあり、監視員もプールサイドに4名いるので子供連れでも安心できます。部屋のタイプによるのかもしれませんが、宿泊者に無料で提供されるスパは、外部利用者も多くマッサージなどの施術には予約が必須のようです。温水プール、サウナ、ジャグジー、ジムは無料なので毎日利用しました。サウナ後のヒーリングルームはとても快適に過ごせます。私たちが利用した5月末は、日本人はほとんど見当たらず、主として子供連れの欧米人観光客が多かったように感じました。

スパの設備が素晴らしいです。アフリカからいらしたスパ担当のスタッフさんが親切にしてくれました。スパに入ると日本の温泉のように肌がツルツルになるような感じがしました。長い時間過ごすとホテルから出る気持ちが無くなります。スパの中で他のゲストの方と簡単な挨拶程度でも話をする機会があると、楽しい旅の思い出の一つになると思います。英語圏ではない方も多く、静かに過ごしたい方もいるので、こちらから話しかけることはしませんでしたが、その後ホテル内で偶然会った場合、良い感じの再会ができました。

高級感とモダンさのアラビアンな雰囲気が最高でした。センスがピカイチです。ビーチの箱型のすてきなフレームの物やバスタオルをさっと従業員が準備してくれたり、各所にレスキューの方々が配備されているのも関心しました。お部屋の珈琲がお部屋のお掃除してくれた後も切れたままでした。大した問題ではないですが珈琲が部屋で飲みたかったです。

📍Great location. 🌊 You get a perfect view of the ocean. The breeze at night from the balcony is really nice. ❤️ The hospitality from the employees is top notch. They’re super helpful from the moment you get out of your vehicle to every step of the way until you leave the hotel. The rooms can be updated a bit to make it more modern. 🧖‍♂️The spa area has free services like snow room, hot steam room, jacuzzi, and many more. 🏊Indoor pool is separated for men and women which is great. 🏖️The beach is connected to the hotel, you just walk into it from the back. Interior design is a work of art from the Turkish culture. I would avoid the restaurants inside and eat outside as the food is way too expensive for the quality you get. The Lebanese restaurant food was not good. It was way overpriced for the quality of food and portions.

One would expect much more from a Jumeirah hotel especially in Dubai for the price paid and the location! Where do I start? Ants in the room, A/C not working (took 3 hours to get it fixed while we were still in the room), mosquitoes like I have never seen before (my body is all red and swollen as is my husband’s)! Breakfast was fine but all baked goods are dry and hard to eat! Staff were nice but overall experience is a disappointment especially after coming back from our honeymoon and hoping we could continue enjoying it at Jumeirah!!!

Loved this hotel, authentic decor, spacious, friendly & helpful staff, clean. The gym, spa, beach, pools, food all great. I had a really relaxing stay and the hot stone massage along with the Balinese massage was the best - highly recommend! The e-butler WhatsApp service is genius - so quick to respond every time! Thank you for a lovely stay, I will definitely visit again.

This was my first time at Zabeel Saray and while it was good I wouldn’t rate it on the same level as the other Jumeirah properties I’ve stayed at. I was due to stay again in September but have cancelled and rebooked elsewhere. Overall it was good but small details added up into frustrations, for example the staff seemed very unhappy, and service was slow, the Superior rooms are on the first floor and have no view (despite being told sea view on Expedia), and the small touches in the rooms of other hotels are lacking here. There is also not enough sunbeds in busy periods. The food was okay but not brilliant, with the exception of the Amala Indian returns which was superb. In the positive, the pool is lovely and the bathroom was massive. I am glad I stayed but wouldn’t stay again.

Quiet hotel. However, it’s a little dated. Staff were a little slow when we were requesting basic things like towels. The in room dining service wasn’t great, quality of the food was poor. I would say this is a 4 star rather than 5.

Rooms are very dark and dated. No alcohol was being served in the restaurants before 9pm indoors which I believe was for Ramadan which is understandable but would have liked to have been informed before. Food wasn't great. Impossible to get sunbeds after 9am by the pool, 10am on the beach.

We are a family of four. Two 5-year-old and 9-year-old children were traveling with us. This hotel has wonderful programs for children. A family that has a child with them will have infinite peace in this hotel. The staff were extremely respectful and the atmosphere was amazing. I recommend this hotel to families.

Struttura adatta a chi non ha intenzione di visitare la città e restare full time nel resort: decisamente scomodo andare in taxi (o altri servizi privati molto cari) in altre zone di Dubai. Poche sports facilities. Igiene a colazione da migliorare, scarsa pulizia dei tavoli. Personale molto cordiale e sempre a disposizione. Spiaggia e mare puliti, ma pochi ombrelloni in proporzione al numero degli ospiti dell’hotel.
