ドバイモールまで徒歩10分程と立地が良く、サービスも良かったです。 何より朝食は大満足でした。 ブッフェスタイルのサラダやデザート、種類が充実していました。 メインは20種類ほどのメニューから選ぶことができ、オーダーしてから作ってくださるので、温かいお料理がいただけます。味も美味しかったです。 ただ、最上階が6階で、私の部屋は景色があまりよくなかったのが残念でした。 サービスは良かったのでまた利用したいです。

チェックイン-アウトのカウンターが混み合っていてかなり待たされた。それ以外は全体的に良かった。レストランの食事も美味しかったし、価格もリーズナブルだった。

親切な対応でした
チェックイン前から丁寧に対応してもらい、また泊まりたい、また会いたいと思うホテルでした。こちらからなにも要望がないときには部屋に電話や訪問して聞いてくれました。2人部屋でもトイレやお風呂に鍵がない、歯ブラシがなかったのは日本のホテルと違ってました。

今回は滞在期間が短かったため、街中の便利なホテルを予約しました。ドバイモールまで歩いて行ける距離だったので夜遅くまで楽しめました。 ホテル内はとても清潔感があり、スタイリッシュでモダンな雰囲気のホテルでした。 ベッドもキングサイズで寝心地もよくゆっくり休むことができました。 今回は利用できませんでしたがレストランもオシャレでした。 エントランスもオシャレなコーデで思わず写真を撮りたくなるようなスポットもたくさんありました。 チェックインまで時間がありましたので荷物も預かっていただき、そのままゆっくり観光にでかけることができました。スタッフの方は笑顔で対応してくださりとても良かったです。

ドバイモールへは、パレス・ダウンタウン・ホテルからスーク・アル・バハールをぬけて橋を渡る近道を利用すれば10分程で着きます。また、パージ・カリファ対岸のエマール・レジデンス側からのドバイ・ファウンテンのビューポイントへは、5分ぐらい行けるので便利です。 ホテルの朝食は、ブュッフェスタイルでバリエーションもあり、いい感じです。アラカルトメニューの中のスクランブル、エッグは、とても美味しかったし朝食基本料金にインクルードでした。

とてもきれいで、設備も整っていて素敵なホテルでした。お値段もかなりリーズナブルだと思いました。 朝食もヘルシーで（グルテンフリーも取り入れ）、ビュッフェのレイアウトも思わず写真を撮ってしまったほど、おしゃれで内容も充実していました。 スタッフの方々もとても親切丁寧で、本当におススメです。 早朝、渋滞無しの状況で、空港まで15分前後でした。

チェックアウトの際、事前に確認していたにも関わらず、時間がかかり、 また、ロビーに置かれているパソコンのネットがかなり遅かったです。 部屋は清潔で快適、スタッフも感じがよかったです。

徒歩圏内に全て揃う快適で、ジアドレスホテルなどの高級ホテルと同系列で現地では人気の高いホテル
バージカリファは近いものの、高い建物にはばまれ、ホテルからは見えにくいがほんの少し動けば好立地で見える。ドバイモールは少し回り道になるものの500m圏内位、スーパーは100m圏内。近隣に飲食店も多く、困ることはなに一つないが、駅は遠い。ホテル内の日本食は高いが味は悪くないのでよしとする。タクシーを常に利用をすすめる。カウントダウン花火に宿泊したが、午後３時までに部屋に帰らなければモールからは花火見物人の長蛇の列に並び帰ることになる。が、夜は道へ出て少し歩けば、皆が何時間も並んで場所取りしている立地へすぐ出れ、すぐ帰れる。スタッフもかなりフレンドリーで私達のカタコト英語でも一生懸命教えてくれる。排水溝の匂いの指摘をしたがすぐに綺麗に。 ただし、一つだけ、夜中まで真ん中のプールでクラブイベントのように音楽が大きく鳴り響く。通常は何時までか忘れたが、元旦は２時半まで続く。現地若者にはとても人気の高いホテルに感じるが、実際泊まっているのは様々な人で音さえ大丈夫なら快適である。

年末年始に滞在しました。 ドバイ国際空港から早朝にタクシーで１５分。 成田からの便は早朝に到着したのですが、 アーリーチェックインをさせてもらえたので、 少しベッドで横になってから観光に出かけることができました。 部屋は広く、とても清潔でした。 ホテル敷地横の横断歩道渡ると目の前にブルジュハリファがあり、 new yearの花火もよく見ることができました。 スークを通り抜けドバイモールへも１０分程で行くことができます。 夜もライトアップされていて怖くはありませんでした。 また利用したいです。

とにかく、感動しました。
トランジットのついでにドバイを見てみようと思いまして２泊しました。このホテルも全く期待していませんでしたので、大きなサプライズでした。とにかくきれい、清潔、新しい、気持ちいい。。。フロントもベルボーイも皆さん親切でした。部屋はプールに面していて、ベランダから中庭に出ると開放感がいっぱい。特に夜の庭は誰もいないので、その美しくライトアップされた空間を家族だけで満喫することが出来ました。Dubai Shopping Center にも近く、広々とした道路をゆっくり散歩しながら着くことができますし、ロケーションも申し分なし。ぜひ泊まってみてくだし。ただ唯一の難点は部屋でネットが使えなかったことです。フロントに尋ねますと故障？している、とのことでした。

カマルディーンホテル　◎
日本からの便でドバイ早朝着のため、前泊分から予約をし、遅れてのチェックインとなったが、hotels.comからの連絡によりホテル側もそれをしっかり把握しており、早朝にもかかわらず、スムーズにチェックインでき、ひとまず安心。 ポーターやコンシェルジュの対応もとても好意的で、好感が持てた。 部屋の備え付けには湯沸かし器・無料のミネラルウォーターがあり、コーヒー紅茶を飲むのに重宝した。ホテル敷地内にスーパーもあり、簡単な飲み物等が購入できたことも良かった。 ドバイモールもすぐで、ブルジュ･ハリファもホテル客室から部分的にではあるが見えた。これら施設と徒歩圏内といえるだろうが、暑さのため、現実的に歩くことは不可能と判断し、タクシーにて移動。 帰りのタクシーでもカマルディーンといえばすぐに通じ、何の問題もなく、快適に過ごすことが出来た。 高級ホテルが多いドバイだが、非常にコストパフォーマンスの良いホテルではないかと思う。 またドバイに行く機会があれば、泊まりたいホテルだ。

カマルディーンホテル　スタッフが丁寧で綺麗
建物は新しく、部屋の内装もおしゃれですごしやすかったです。 ホテルの従業員やレストランスタッフの愛想もよかったです。 ただ、全部屋ではないかもしれませんが、写真でわかる通り風呂との仕切りがガラス張り（カーテンはありますが）なので、友達や家族でいくには気まずいかも。。 一人旅やビジネス、カップルにはおすすめです！ 立地についても世界一高いタワーのブルジュ・ハリファやその隣のドバイモールに近く（開発地帯の一部なので、アラビアンな街並みの一部としてホテルがある感じ）、夜は歩いてファウンテンショーを観にいけました。 メトロの駅や観光地（ほかのモールなど）まではタクシーでの移動がメインとなりそうです。 値段も良心的なのに質が高く、とても満足のいく旅となりました。 また利用したいと思います。

とてもオススメできるホテルです。 建物はアラブ様式で新しく、外観もきれいでした。 部屋は現代的で清潔でコンパクト、かつおしゃれです。 デスクやLAN配線も部屋にあるので、ビジネス利用にも便利と思います。 １階のビジネスセンターに無料でできるインターネットコーナーもあり、 プリントやFAXといったサービスも受け付けています。 浴槽に入る際は、用意してある滑り止めのシートを引くことをお勧めします。 本当に滑りやすいので。 日本語を話せるスタッフはいませんでしたが、 出来るだけわかるようにゆっくり英語で説明してくれました。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。 到着時にデーツと飲み物のサービスがありました。 立地はバージュ・アラブから歩いて8分くらいでしょうか。 私たちは夜、ドバイモールにも2日続けて歩いて行きました。 ただし、現在ホテル付近の道路などインフラ関係が工事中で、 夕方は特にひどい渋滞が起こっていました。 （深夜空港に向かう時なんかは全く問題なかったです） 新聞は現地の言語のものでしたが、 夜部屋に帰ると共同通信の新聞のコピーを清掃時に置いておいて くれていました（日本人なので日本語） ロビーのバーは24時間営業で、軽食やアルコール、飲み物があります。 サラダとビールしか頼んでいませんが、快適かつ味も美味しかったです。 最後の夜には、リコンファームや空港への送迎など 手伝えることがあれば申しつけてくださいという手紙も部屋に来ました。 とても親切なホテルでした。 私たちはチェックアウトを0時にしました。 事前に空港へのタクシーをお願いしていたところ、 正確にタクシーがきました。 昼間はハイヤー専用のスタッフが入口に立っているので タクシーに乗るのに困る事はありませんでした。 価格・立地・サービスを考慮すると大満足なホテルです。 もしまた観光、買い物にドバイに行く場合は利用します。

I had stayed at this property previously when it was known as Vida Downtown prior to the current rebrand under the Marriott Bonvoy. I was first told that I had a lovely room with a balcony. The balcony overlooked one of the busiest intersections in Downtown and the noise from 4pm onwards was constant. On the next day, there was construction noise that was occurring right by room. I had assumed these were renovation works, I had to leave my room for a couple of hours to finish my Zoom meetings as the noise was incessant. On the following day, the TV was not working and I was told it was an issue with the data connection. They offered to move to another room but by then it was 10 pm and I was checking out the following day. On the day of checkout the construction noise began prior to 10 am. I decided to leave the hotel and I informed the front desk team to have my room cleaned. I came back and the TV was fixed but the room was not cleaned. I spoke to the duty manager an out what has happened but was told that the construction works are out of the control of the hotel and that it was permitted from 10 am to 6 pm. I had then said that this information should have been shared upon checking-in to give me an option of being in another part of the hotel. All I was then told by the duty manager was that this was the mistake of the front desk staff and that she would look in to it. Terrible experience and will not come back again.

This property is centrally located and convenient to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The hotel is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. We had a very early arrival and the hotel accommodated an earlier check in which was greatly appreciated. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent location downtown Dubai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Special mention to Terri on reception for her welcoming friendly service. Some improvements taking place at the moment mean that the man with the drill was a bit annoying but hopefully this will finish soon.

Vida has become part of Marriott Autograph collection and is now known has Hotel Boulevard. It is an excellent hotel (with only one minor issue). The location is superb - walking distance to Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar etc. Breakfast buffet is excellent; the staff are wonderful; and the rooms are spacious. We encountered two irritations though. There was an electric socket on one side of the bed and not another. Overnight charging while having one’s alarm/phone nearby wasn’t possible for one of us. More importantly, the lights in the bathroom are low wattage. Bathroom - especially area around the mirror - is poorly lit making it very difficult to shave, put make up on etc. at the very least, the makeup magnifying mirror should have sufficiently bright lights.

3 star hotel at best.
I checked in after 45 minutes waiting in line they had only one person for check in. Once entered the junior suite found out about very loud construction going on next door. Hotel trapped me by not mentioning it and when I complained they said it’s not in our control but we thought we will hide from you. After speaking the manager they moved me to another suite with less sound. But the windows are terrible you can hear every automobile from the main road facing the hotel. 3 star hotel at best.

Hôtel correct
Points fort de l’hôtel : emplacement environ 15/20 min à pied du Burj Khalifa, quelques restaurants aux alentours. Le personnel est serviable et souriant. Points faible : très peu de place a la piscine. Je n’ai pas apprécié m’y rendre. La chambre pourrait être mieux, la porte des toilettes ne se ferme pas entièrement / la douchette de la douche est peu agréable et fait beaucoup de bruit / climatisation bruyante également. L’établissement pourrait être beaucoup mieux je pense. De l’extérieur il semble très beau. Cela reste un hôtel correct mais je n’y retournerai pas.

Probably the best hotel in Dubai Downtown
This is probably the hidden gem in terms of hotels in Dubai Downtown. I have stayed in all Address hotels downtown, Edition, Palace Downtown and many others. Vida Downtown beats all of them in terms of excellence, lack of noise and level of service. Naturally having people like Karmen, front office supervisor, helps to make things easy for guests and feel you are welcome. Will return for sure.
