The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff 's correspondence at restaurant was wonderful, and we had a meaningful time. The only complaint is that there are not many shops around the hotel, and the car needs to be moved to the city center.

部屋ドアが、最後は自動で閉まる構造の為 防犯上部屋の閉め忘れが無くなり良かった。 部屋の中の戸棚の引き出しも同じ構造で、驚いた。

周辺環境のみ注意です!
2016年10月現在の情報です。 ホテルは日本のビジネスホテルと同程度で、客室も快適ですし、フロントは皆さん英語がペラペラですので特に困る事はありません。 屋上にプールもあり、日中に行ったら10名くらいがプールでのんびりしてました。 マイナス要素としては、交通アクセスが悪いのと周辺に店がない事。 ホテルの隣りのガソリンスタンドにコンビニが併設されているので、軽食や飲み物はそこで買えますが、他は何もありません。 10分ほど歩けば別のホテルや店がありますが、あの暑さの中を10分歩くのはかなりの覚悟が必要ですし、歩いた割に期待するような店はないです。 結局タクシーで目的地に移動する事になりますので、宿泊費プラスタクシー代も考えての予約をオススメします!

Horrible Horrible!
I made a booking for 2 rooms The information on there indicated that; 1. The Booking was complete 2. Fees were to be paid upon checking in onsite 3. Changes could be made for free before January 23rd I cancelled one room and made changes for the 2nd room well in advance of the date that was stated. On January 21st I received an alert from my banks mobile app asking me to take an action on attempted transaction. Considering that it was out of state, the transaction was flagged as potentially fraudulent. I checked and saw that it was from the hotel. I removed the flag and then reached out via email to let them know that I had noted the transaction and was not aware that any charges would be made BEFORE check in as this was not stated anywhere as part of the terms when I was making the booking. I also asked that they confirm if this fee would be deducted from the total cost if charged. They let me know that it was actually an Authorization hold and actually not a charge and we left it at that. I went an extra step to ensure from Expedia that the booking was still valid. I did this 3 times. Because during the week, I received a message indicating that the booking was cancelled. I was assured all was in order. My guest arrived and was turned away. They had the booking cancelled. The manager was SO RUDE. It was such an embarrassment.

I Stayed at this Hotel 2nd time but this experience was no where close to our 1st time stay. Hotel WiFi was not connecting to I-phones and it gave trouble through out our stay. Breakfast was average and kitchen staff never greeted any of us. Overall service was not good. I brought my brother and his wife to stay at this hotel but they were also disappointed after what I have told them regarding my first stay with this hotel.

Einige Service Mitarbeiter waren sehr unmotiviert und haben nicht frühzeitig reagiert ob etwas fehlte. Der Pool ist nicht Bildentsprechend, was sehr schade war. Die Pooletage war sehr altmodisch und sollte renoviert bzw. Besser ausgestattet werden. Drumherum sind nur Baustellen, daher war es oftmals laut. Im Bad hat die Dusche „gepfiffen“ … Unterkunft war okay, würde ich aber nicht nochmals hingehen

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Al Mina, Dubai, and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing. While this hotel is advertised as a 4-star establishment, in my opinion, it falls more into the category of a 3-star hotel at best. It's possible that my experience might be unique, but I can't help but express my dissatisfaction with my stay, and I believe it's essential to share my feedback. The first issue I encountered was the hotel's location. It's not ideal for tourists looking to explore the city as it lacks convenient access to public transportation. There is no nearby train station, making it quite inconvenient to reach popular attractions in Dubai. The hotel claims to offer a shuttle service to places like Beach and Dubai Mall, but this service is far from what I expected. The shuttle only runs once a day, and the schedule is rather inconvenient, which made it impossible for me to utilize this service during my entire stay. Furthermore, I found the level of service and the reception experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Al Mina to be subpar compared to the prices they charge. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful when I had questions or concerns. I expected a higher level of professionalism and attentiveness, considering the hotel's supposed 4-star status. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. While it may be suitable for some, I believe there are better options in Dubai that offer more convenien
