It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Dubai Marina and literally 5/10 minutes from the public sandy beaches. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The JBR walk and Bluewaters Island is a 5/10-minute walk away with options for dining and fun.

Our charming 3 bedroom, 2 story townhouse is located at the front of the popular Stella Maris building, so the views of Dubai Marina are incredible. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, sauna and roof top swimming pool (with some awesome views of Dubai Marina) . So, if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan living area (complete with satellite on the T.V.!!), you'll also love the balcony to chill out on and enjoy those fantastic Dubai Marina views with your morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

The apartment fits 8 people comfortably:
Master 1 - King bed with en-suite
Bedroom 2 - King bed (which can be made in to two singles) with en-suite
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with an en-suite
Living room - Sofa bed which is 200 x 160cm when made up. Please notify me no later than 48 hours prior to check-in to book it. Please see bottom of page for more details. 300 x 180cm when made in to a bed

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

You also have a private car parking space. There is a large supermarket in the building as well as other useful shops in the surrounding area. You can walk to the Marina promenade in just 2/3 minutes also.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.

Getting Around:
There are lots of taxis and Uber is avail if you prefer

Other Things to Note:
SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150

AC TEMPERATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
