Great and helpful staff, especially Ancilia, Julie and Rose with whom we were interacting most of the time. We had a very pleasant stay thanks to them and they were honestly the kindest and most reliable staff members, keeping an extremely high standard. We have had a delightful stay at this hotel. Jady, Dom and Saeed deserve a special shout out. They have treated us with such kindness and care. We asked for an early check in and were completely accommodated. It’s a very robust and well stocked breakfast buffet, and we have been extremely pleased. We did an Overnight Dessert Safari and they kindly looked after our luggage for us so that we did not have to take it there. Thanks to the whole team.

We got upgraded to a suite, which of course made the stay much better. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is a nice hotel with good facilities and very helpsome staff. The breakfast was a little bit disappointing. They have pork license - that was nice - and we had a fantastic meal in the Sportsbar. Extremely nice sportsbar. The lifeguard was from Sri Lanka. Such a nice person. Fantastic view from the rooftop pool. We will be back
