気になった点 : スタッフとサービス

楽しみにしていましたが、止むを得ずフライトが欠航になったためキャンセルしました。しかし、料金の返金がありませんでした。次回、行くことがあるかと思いますが、こちらのホテルは利用したくないと思いました。

窓からの景色は期待しない様に

空港から近くメトロの駅も近いので便利です。空港までのタクシー代は２５ディラハムでした、メトロの一日券は２０ディラハムでした。歯ブラシとカミソリがなかったのでハウスキーパーに頼んだら気持ちよく持って来てくれました。出来れば頼まなくても最初から置いておけば満点でした。

非常に快適に過ごせました。　受付、コンシェルジュの人達も、非常にフレンドリーに対応してくれました。　メトロの駅も近く、交通もべんりでした。　次回の出張でも泊まりたいと思います。

空港近くのアクセス良しのホテル

ホテルから徒歩五分圏内にメトロがあるので、移動に便利な場所でした。スタッフも親切で、部屋の設備やエクストラブランケットの要望などにも直ぐに対応してくれました。タクシーも早朝でもすでに待機していて事前予約も不要ですので、助かりました。

下町のホテル

旧市街の観光に便利かと思ってましたが、少し距離があり、周辺に特筆すべき所はないように思います。下町の日常を感じられる所です。清潔感はありますが、所々老朽化していて、5つ星ではないように思います。従業員はおおむね親切です。チェックアウト時、使ってないミニバーの請求をされました。もちろん取り消してもらいましたが。

空港から近い

私のミスで、１日遅れてホテルに入りましたがエクスペディアの方にホテルに交渉していただき無事にスムーズにチェックインする事が出来ました。ホテルは、外観は写真とは少し違い街中にあるというのもあって誇りっぽいし、部屋の窓が、とても汚いです。しかし、ホテル内はとても清潔感があり良かったです。清掃の方も、毎日同じ方が来てくれてテキパキ笑顔でいてくれました。

エグゼクティブラウンジのスタッフがとても良かった

子供と年寄り含めた６名で利用しました。スタッフがどの方も親切で感じがよかったです。その中でもエグゼクティブラウンジのスタッフは最高でした。ラウンジはとても落ち着けるし、おすすめです。また、滞在中に誕生日を迎えましたが、部屋に帰ってびっくりのケーキのプレゼントまでしていただきました。感激しました。

メトロ駅から近く、空港にも近くて便利

スタッフは全員親切で気持ちよく滞在できました。メトロ駅からも近いのでどこに行くにも便利でした。空港に行くにも30分程度で行けますし、タクシーで行くにも1500円程度でいけるので便利です。プールやジムもついていて無料で利用できます。

駅から近く周りにスーパーもあり環境には申し分なし

朝到着して荷物を預けようとしたが、午前中でチェックインができたので大変助かった。ホテルスタッフの接客もとても丁寧だった。部屋も広く水回り等も綺麗で、部屋の掃除も1日に３回くらいやってもらえた。場所が駅が近くで良いが観光スポットから少々離れている。しかし、金額も安くこのサービスなら大変満足のいく内容だった。

安くて快適なホテル

深夜3時の到着でしたが問題なくチェックインできました。事前に到着時間とハネムーンであることをメールで伝えていたので、部屋に入ると、机の上にケーキが置かれていて、気遣いが嬉しかったです。部屋も広め、バスタブも快適でお湯の連続使用も問題ありませんでした。朝食バイキングは普通ですが、パンはそこそこ美味しかったです。値段が安く、快適な滞在が出来たのでオススメです。

とても綺麗で便利なホテル

ドバイ内にはmovenpickホテルがいくつかありましたが、movenpick deiraというと、タクシーのドライバーはみんな一度で理解してくれました。とても綺麗で、空港やドバイモールからも近く、タクシーで30AED前後で移動できます。部屋もとても綺麗でシャワーの水圧なども問題なかったです。ホテルで砂漠ツアーなどのツアーの予約もできます。また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです！！

デイラ地区の綺麗なホテル

オールドドバイ、デイラ地区にある綺麗なホテルでした。空港からタクシーで15分、20ディルハムしないくらいで、駅からの距離も近く観光には便利でした。近くに24時間空いている大きなスーパーがあり、お土産などを買いにいくのも便利でした。ただ、エリアとしてはイメージしている豪華なドバイのイメージの場所ではありません。夜遅くは少し危険な感じがしました。女性だけの旅行だと少し不安かもしれません。部屋、ロビーを含め、ホテルの設備は最高でした。一番安い部屋にしましたが、とても広く綺麗でした。スリッパ、バスローブ、アメニティも豊富でした。クレジットカードをなくしてしまったのですが、その際もコンシェルジュの方が丁寧に対応してくださり、すぐにカードを止める事ができました。

Nice Hotel, great staffs with warm hospitality

Stayed for 2 nights, I found this hotel really good. Pros: Always helpful, kind, nice staffs with smile, spacious and clean room, good internet connection, close to Metro Station (2-3 min walk) and local supermarkets, safe place (police station across the street!) Cons: bathtub could be cleaned more... and shower pressure was a bit weak, which I did not care.

素晴らしいホテル

とてもいいホテルでした。メトロの駅から近いというロケーションもさることながら、ホテルスタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしく、とても心地よく滞在することができました。あまり英語が得意じゃない私に対しても、ゆっくりとした言葉で丁寧に話してくださり助かりました。お部屋も清潔感があり気持ちがよかったです。

便利で快適

同じフロアの中庭に面した部屋だったのでプライバシーがちょっと……と思いましたが、中庭でくつろいでいる人がほとんどいなかったので気になりませんでした。　大きなベッドは快適、バスルームも清潔でシャワーの水圧が変わることもなく、安心してバスタイムが楽しめます。滞在中に朝食バフェを1回だけ食べましたが、質も量も充分で美味しかったです。ドバイではこのホテル以外に泊まったことがないので比較はできませんが、コストパフォーマンスもよさそうなので次回も泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。

メトロからの立地と五ツ星ホテルとしては廉価な価格をもとにホテルをとりました。メトロは近く非常に便利でしたが、五ツ星ホテルとしてプラスアルファのあるサービスはあまり感じられませんでした。サービスとしては一般的なホテルとの印象です。設備、アメニティイ含めて五ツ星という期待で行くと肩透かしになりますが、コストパフィーマンスを考えるとおすすめできるホテルと思います。

Inget familjehotell pga prostitution

Dagtid var hotellet bra. Stora rum, tillräckligt med alternativ för frukost och rent. Kvällar däremot var det problem med att det fanns prostituerade och köpare på hotellet. Det är män som hyr rum för att ta in kvinnor över natten. Kändes inte alls trevligt utan var störande, obehagligt. Inte alls vad vi förväntat oss. Diskotek till tre med högt ljud varje kväll som hörs till våning 3. Kan inte rekommenderas till familjer med barn, ungdomar. Man såg både köpare och säljare av sex. Det hände att man såg detta även på morgonen och under dagen. Otrevligt.
