Hotel wa nice and clean. Receptionist was very off. I still cannot understand why he wanted my sister to speak in hindi, which is not our language. And he was very disturbed and frustrated himself. Its sad to be welcomed with this kind of person to meet 1st thing to walk in such a nice hotel.its a shame.

Was amazing experience, just to let everyone know when you stay make sure to keep your ear plugg handy because you won't be able to sleep at night coz of loud music everday .. they have sever clubs and bar all over . Special thanks to the room services specially vikas to give us the best experience and guidance. I wish he was a supervisor.

Das Hotel hat schon einmal bessere Tage gesehen. Es gab große Probleme beim Check-In. Die Reservierung wurde zunächst nicht gefunden. Trotz Bestätigung auf der Reservierung war das Frühstück nicht inklusive - ich solle mich mit Expedia in Verbindung setzen. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Das Hotel ist abgewohnt, die Möbel alt - es war zumindest sauber, was ich aber auch erwarten kann. Absolutes NO-GO ist der Night-Club im Erdgeschoß des Hotels. Bis nach 4 Uhr morgens lief dort laute Musik, hat man natürlich im Zimmer gehört. Das einzig positive ist die Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt von Dubai, in 10 Minuten ist man am Dubai Creek. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

I was stayed in ascot hotel yesterday with my husband, everything ok but bathroom very very disappointed because so smell and pipe broken and water leak in the closet very bad.. And room full foul smell.

Not good! Late arrival, check in okay, but was put in room 422 with a night club that made it impossible to sleep until 04.15. That’s really frustrating when being traveling for 12 hours. There are bugs in the bathroom, something on the curtain by the bed I do not want to look closer at, a musty smell in the room that I still smell after several hours. I cannot understand where all the stars come from with this hotel!? Only good things are room size, friendly staff and price. If we had not come so late at night and as tired, we would ask for another room or left for a more expensive hotel. A really sad experience....

There was a musty smell upon arrival. I wish some places would air out their rooms ahead of time when they know they are already booked for the night. Staff good. Travel agent hard to understand. Belfast good. Nice facilities.
