This property has a strict maximum occupancy limit of 6 guests in total.

➤ As part of the building rules, we kindly ask guests to send soft copies of their passports before the check-in date. This is necessary to ensure a smooth check-in with the building front desk.

➤We follow market standards, mid-stay cleaning and extra linen can only be provided at an additional cost.

➤ If you plan to use the parking facilities, please provide prior notice. Please note that parking is on the 9th floor, and the ramp leading up is a tight squeeze especially for larger vehicles, so please plan accordingly. However there is also paid parking available behind the building.

➤Also, please remember to return the access cards in good condition when you check out. If a card gets lost, there will be a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.

➤Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and would lead to a penalty of AED 2000.
