House was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Accommodated with hand soap, hand towels a full stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glass ware as needed.Wonderful game room was used by everyone in the family! Owner was very attentive with an issue that arose, he was there within a couple hours
Frank the owner was really responsive and accommodating. The property was great for a big family - between the kayaks, games and other amenities at Treasure Lake, we had a great time.
Very comfortable plenty of room to slip away for a nap yet when everyone got together in the kitchen slash family room there was plenty of room for everyone
The house was pretty much as advertised. The location was lovely and right by the lake. Some of the games and amenities were not where we expected them to be (in a closet and the garage), but that wasn’t a big deal for our group. We were really there for the lake and on that the house delivered in spades! We had a great time.
The house is perfect for fammily vacation! Plenty of room to spread out or gather all together - whichever your prefer. Being right on the lake was nice so that the kids could take out the kayaks anytime. The outdoor space is really nice with a fire pit, deluxe swingset and yard games. This was our second year renting this house - we will definitely be back again! Frank (the owner) is very helpful and responds quickly.
This was our second time at Frank's house. We all love going to Treasure Lake. There was 8 of us ranging from one year to 82 years old. We all had plenty of space. Our favorite thing to do was go out on the kayaks. The lake is beautiful. Thank you.
This is our fourth time staying and have never been disappointed yet This property has something for everyone, it is spacious and with the game room downstairs gives the kids a great escape to go play and keep occupied for hours Anytime i have ever had any questions or concerns , Frank is always very quick to respond to any of your questions The house has everything you will need to have a great experience, and i can' t wait to be back next year
Fantastic spot! We stayed here with 2 other couples and 5 kids total - the playground area was great for them and we loved the view of the water. I think the house is even better than the posting! There is a huge basement area with games and a couch/mini bar and then 4 bedrooms in the upstairs area - one bedroom has two separate rooms in it (one with a full bed and one with a twin and a bunk bed - 4 beds total) which was great for the toddler. We also put a pack and play in the master bedroom closet for the other toddler and there was plenty of space. Great spot and would stay here again!
The house is huge! We had 8 adults + 4 kids, and there were plenty of rooms and beds. There is also lots of seating for mealtimes. We hardly left the house because there are so many things to do - kayaking, campfires, playground, darts, pool, air hockey, poker, cornhole, and a flat yard which was great for football and bocce. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have a second kitchen in the basement. It’s a quiet location and a short drive to a beach. The community swimming pool is very nice, clean, and has a great concession area. This was our first time at Treasure Lake and we will definitely be back!
For the money I was pleased with the large house, plenty of space and location was great.
Bedrooms, living, room, play areas were great and dining room had a big table for lots of people.
Check-in was fine, just a bit hard to open the lockbox; nothing big.
Only issues: Oven was very dirty, served it's purpose, but dirty. As well, outside grill was VERY dirty and didn't work; so ended up not using it. Wasn't as luxury as indicated in the kitchen area.

Our overall impression of the property was very good. We were expecting a "Luxury" home. The house itself was magnificent with plenty of room for the nine of us (5 adults & 4 children ages 6-17). Many of the amenities were well used and needed to be updated (ex: some game room items unusable or in poor condition; poor to no water pressure in some areas if multiple utilities were being used at same time; water temperature was difficult to regulate [extremely hot w/shower control in master bedroom] & basement shower had hole in floor that was taped over). The area itself was very beautiful with deer freely roaming. We were disappointed that the lake was totally drained, even though we were told, but mistakenly believed there was water to use in close proximity of the house without driving several miles. The host was gracious to transport kayaks for use to nearby Bimini Lake, but we had to be escorted & checked in to be able to use lake, and would have to pay to use beach or main pool (KOA pool was free). Although we had to drive several miles for any off property activities, we found time to draw closer as a family and enjoy sitting out at night with fireplace, watching the stars, cooking out, watching movies, and just relaxing. When the lake is filled and the private dock can be used again, and some updates and repairs made to the house, this property would be a 5 Star "Luxury" rating.
Beautiful home. Had an issue with the jacuzzi leaking into the kitchen ceiling and dripping onto the table and floor. We could tell there had been other issues looking at the drywall. We called the property owner and verbalized it had happened before. We turned on the fan on high to dry out the ceiling.
The property was beautiful but unfortunately, due to the rainy weekend and cooler temperatures, we couldn't enjoy the water activities.
Would definitely return if we had a trip scheduled near that area.
Very nice property, well equipped and able to accommodate large groups. We were 14 adults and 2 children. there were three double beds and 7 single beds available. The remainder could sleep on pull-out couches. The beds were comfortable - even though the king size matrass squeaked like none I ever heard before when sitting on the side :-)
We could easily park 7 vehicles without using the garage (which had a table tennis inside) which was nice. We also appreciated the abundance of life jackets (warning you will be ticketed if you do not have a life jacket with you on any floating device - including canoe, kayak or tube - and in addition you need a whistle if you pull any of those).
The 4 toilets and three bathrooms were appreciated although the fact that one shower was not operational meant careful planning for all to use the one general and one on suite bathroom. Because of good weather we barely used the inside entertainment but it will be useful when needed.
All in all a wonderful stay and we would love to return.
To begin, Frank was very accomodating about answering all my questions. He always responded quickly. There were 11 of us in this house and we had plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood is quiet and deer wandered thru everyday. The AC worked great and the beds were very comfortable. We used the kayaks everyday and the yard was great....playground, corn hole, chairs, grill. We set up volleyball. The kitchen was stocked well with a ton of silverware, plates and glasses. The cookware was plentiful, even having a blender, crockpots, 2 toasters and 2 coffee pots. The kitchen in the finished basement was great because we needed that extra fridge. We used the pool table and foos ball every night. A few things I did notice: the water is very hot!!! much hotter than ours at home so becareful! And with 11 of us it seemed to never run out. There are no towels and a bare minimum of starter supplies but we brought everything we needed. The lighting at the stove is kind of dim. I thought the house in general could have been a little cleaner, really needs a deep cleaning. The kitchen cabinets looked dirty and all the knobs were loose. The glass sliders were full of finger prints and some hair in the bathroom. Frank made me aware that we could only use New Providence beach and only on Mon-Thurs due to new regulations. We stayed Fri-Tues and Monday we went to the beach and it was closed. A person there had told us E coli caused it.Great place but many new rules.
Frank was amazing! He was very attentive. House was amazing we had a family of 15 and we had an amazing time very beautiful home. We had so much fun.! We would love to visit in the summer
