「The hotel is dated. The room was okay, but the furniture was old and worn. The staff had poor customer service skills. When I arrived, Jvagel was rude, raised his voice at me, and tried to force me to pay a $25 insurance fee for one night in an old, outdated building. I felt completely unwelcome.
The room wasn’t clean. The toilet was dirty, the desk chair was worn out, and the beds were uncomfortable — old and very hard.」
