Amazing location. Staff were really lovely on front desk and at the restaurant. Loved having the personalised teas (of exceptional quality). The free bus pass was so helpful and made visiting certain sites easier. The car park options were plentiful.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and nice! They made sure we remembered to use our room credit, explained the bus drop off/pick up, provided us with the 4 day bus pass free of charge (which was a very nice surprise), we were offered room service on day on of our stay, and were so friendly when we checked out! Next time we stay in Banff we would definitely consider staying here again!
