Private washer-dryer. Sheltered terrace with garden. Alpine skiing + cross-country + snowshoeing Le Revard 19 km, la Féclaz 22 km. Bourget lake beach 7 km. Chevalley thermal baths 3 km away, Marlioz thermal baths 4.5 km away. Beautiful contemporary house located in a residential area, 3 km from the Chevalley thermal baths in Aix les Bains. Very close to forests with marked trails. Gite on one level and very comfortable. Contemporary stamp and very neat. Beautiful sheltered terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs. Superb contemporary cottage 3 km from Chevalley thermal baths and 7 km from Lac du Bourget (the largest natural lake in France)! At the foot of the Bauges Regional Park, a preserved area with village resorts for downhill and cross-country skiing, and magnificent walks. Near the lakeside path bordering the lake for walkers and cyclists. Privileged location for spa guests or couples between lake and mountain!
