The Fox Cottage was very cosy - very peaceful and relaxing with everything we needed, including a very nice welcome basket with home made brownies which we enjoyed when we arrived after a very long drive. The Fox Cottage is spacious, very well equipped and well situated not far from York and the North York Moors. The appliances in the house are modern and work very well. We found the beds comfortable, clean...

「A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. 」

「We bought the 3 night stay as gift for our son's birthday. After a 3 hour journey they could not access the property as the keysafe code we had been given was incorrect. My wife and I were out for a meal and spent over an hour trying to contact someone that could give us the correct code. Eventually after nearly 2 hour they were able to guess the code and gain entry. Customer service and support were pathetic and left them stranded in the rain.」
